Langenwalter is a wonderful company to work with. Their office staff was very helpful, answered all my questions, and were able to schedule my appointment on a day and time frame that was convenient for me. My technician Chris was very professional and friendly. My carpets look amazing! I highly recommend this company.

We had a wonderful experience with Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning! Scott arrived on time, walked through each room with me to assess the carpet, and provided the final cost prior to starting. He was very detail-oriented and our carpets look brand new again! We will definitely use Langenwalter for all our future carpet cleaning needs!

I have used Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning twice and would highly recommend them. The first time I used their services was for water remediation. Both my builder and real estate agent recommended Langenwalter and I am glad they did. They showed up promptly and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. They were professional and got the job done effectively and efficiently. They checked in with me daily and worked with the insurance company for payment. They worked long hours late into the night and were professional throughout.

After my first positive experience with this company, I reached out to them again when I needed my carpet cleaned and pad replaced. This was a much smaller job in scope, but, once again they were upfront with pricing, professional and got the job done quickly. They got several stains out of my carpet - it looks great!

I have recommended their services to friends, family and to those in the neighborhood on the nextdoor app. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

They did a terrific job. Our carpets look like new again, so fluffy and pleasant to walk on. Our technician, Scott, was clean-cut, friendly and professional. I felt like he cared about doing a good job and that is something that so many other places are lacking.

I needed some general carpet cleaning done and I have used this company before to clean a rug I have and they did amazing. Damon came out once again to clean my carpet and he did a amazing job. He's always on time, professional, quick, and pays attention to detail. My carpets look good as new and I am very pleased with this company as a whole. Langenwalter is absolutely the best carpet cleaners I've ever used. I had them come out to my home a few weeks ago to deal with some stains and their technician Damon did a fabulous job and the company overall was very easy to deal with and makes sure to get the job done. Its been about two weeks and their process has held up and my carpets still look amazing! Thank you! You guys are the best! We have used Langenwalter for several years. Steve exceeded our expectations getting stains out that we thought would be permanent. The diligence,professionalism,extra care around furniture was excellent. Always pleased with the results after the carpets cleaned by them!!

We have used this company for over five years. Our tile was in a mess from a previous cleaning company. Scott worked miracles on bringing our tile back to the original luster. He has continued to clean our tile and carpet throughout the years. Always on time and he does an outstanding job. Very engaging and professional. We live in Lebanon, IN and I will never use another company.

I have used Langenwalter for carpet and rug cleaning, but never upholstery. We were having family over for Easter and my sofas needed lots of help. Chris came in, explained the process and quoted the price. He was quick and efficient. My sofas look and smell much better! Another great job by Langenwalter!

We have been using Langenwalter for at least fifteen years at two houses that we have lived in and have always been happy with the results. Just used them again this week and once again Jay did a great job. We definitely recommend Langerwalter, a really professional company with truly professional results.

We had Steve out to help remove many different stains that other carpet cleaners were unable to remove. Not only did he remove all of those spots, but he also was able to repair bleach stains and perfectly match the color of our carpet. I am so impressed! Steve gave an estimate before he started doing the work; he was efficient; and he protected all of the corners of our cabinets and corners of our walls. This company came highly recommended from me, and I understand why. They have earned my business for the lifetime of my carpet. (At some point, I may switch to hardwoods!)

Definitely a waste of money. Wanted a service to clean carpets with better suction than we were capable of so figured a professional carpet cleaning would work. We just bought this house so cleaning carpets while empty would be ideal.
Followed their directions, vacuumed carpets before they showed up with a Bissell vacuum.
They pretty much spray a deodorizer, lightly steam and have just enough suction to get the tiny bit of water from the steam back up.
I bought a shark vacuum off Amazon and vacuumed a week later (we were not even living there)
And insane amounts of dust and dirt came up from carpets.
Do yourself a favor invest in a shark vacuum. I wrote them a message about my experience and days later got a call back saying “we can’t guarantee to get everything out, it’s used carpet” and “she couldn’t believe what she gets out of her carpet on a weekly basis”. Just trying to save someone else from wasting hundreds of dollars like we did. Never ever would have paid for this seeing the result. Call it light surface cleaning, not deep carpet cleaning as you would expect from a professional. Totally dissatisfied.

I never write reviews but feel compelled bc I’m so shocked. Feel ripped off. Make sure you know what to expect from the service being paid for. Pictures show what I sucked up after they were here.

Have used them twice now. Professional. Respectful of your home. Do an excellent job. Will call again when it’s home to clean the carpets.

We used Langenwalter for the first time to clean our carpet and to stretch out an area that was bunched up. Brian was wonderful to work with. Was on time and did a great job getting stains out that had been there awhile. We were very pleased with his service and will be using your company in the future.
