Our technician, Theo, was absolutely amazing! He really took the time to listen to my concerns and worked so hard to remove the stains to the best of his ability. He was incredibly helpful in explaining the entire process, which I really appreciated.

Our home took longer than expected, but I didn’t mind at all—Theo stayed professional and thorough the whole time. I hope the rest of his clients today get the same great service we did—they’re in for a treat!

Ask for the Ukrainian gentleman out of the Carmel location to lead the crew that works in your home.
I didn’t get his name, but he was very respectful and accommodating. Also, he HUSTLED. He was a very hard worker.

I was impressed with the professionalism. This is not a fly by night contractor. The technicians with SS have legitimate careers.

Cost was reasonable
And for as much work as the team did, I’m surprised is wasn’t more.
I paid $500 for duct cleaning on a 2 story 2-3 house. The before and after pictures were provided at payment and in email after. Speaking of payment, that was easy, contactless and through the techs tablet. Very convenient.

Joseph was very professional. Also helped me move things around while extracting water from my finished basement. Got in amd out very quickly. I use them for all carpet cleaning on rentals with great rates

Ryan was great. He was friendly, informative, cordial, and did a great job on our carpet. I will request him every time my carpet needs cleaned. Ryan was sweet to my dogs too. I have been using Stanley Steemer for over 30 years and they never fail to disappoint.

These guys truly had no idea what to do or what was going on. If I have to tell you how to do your job then respectfully you just need to move onto the next customer and lie to them cause some people aren't fools. Im sure theres good workers I just so happened to deal with the wrong ones apparently.

We have been using Langenwalter for many years after a painter spilled green paint on a white carpet & they were able to get it all out! Amazing! They are great to work with-easy to schedule and they call before they come. Scott has been fabulous-going the extra mile to work on our problem areas. We have a cat who unfortunately urinates on the basement carpet (& a few other carpets). He pre-treats the areas a couple days before the carpet cleaning. On the day of the cleaning he worked hard & went over those areas several times to remove the smell & stains. He also got out a red wine stain on cream carpet and cleaned our throw rugs. Our carpets look fantastic & I wouldn’t use anyone else as they are very professional and thorough!

I have always had dogs so keeping my carpets in good shape has been very important to me. After many years of using various companies I was introduced to Langenwalter. This is my forth year using only them. My carpets always look and smell amazing!!

I had this company out to clean my carpet, tile in bathroom, and fix some spots in my carpet where I spilled toilet bowl cleaner and it bleached the color out of my carpet. A friend told me this company could repair that. I have to admit I was skeptical, but decided to try them. Not only was the service man very professional, he was able to restore my carpet to normal, like the bleach spots were never there! I highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again! Oh, one more thing, I found them to be very reasonable on what they charged to! Use them, you won’t be disappointed!

Langenwalter could not have done a better job!!!! I am a realtor and try to refer companies that can get the job done. This is the only company I refer for carpet cleaning. The carpets on properties that my clients have purchased had some very risky spots. Langenwalter has always been able to get them out. Heavy soiled area/Slime/glitter/glue/kids markers and paint. The carpets in some rooms appeared to be trashed but came out amazingly clean after they were able to restore and remove the messes and stains.

I have hired Langenwalter, Carmel over the past 10 years for different carpet cleaning issues from animal stains, hair chalk and paint on our carpet. They do an excellent job of removing and cleaning carpets. Their team is very professional and have a deep knowledge of how to help!

In addition to their great service they have also been very generous to helping the community. Their gift certificate donation to our golf outing will help two local charities educated children and help children who are victims of child abuse. Thank you Langenwalter for all you do!

I'm a Realtor and I've used & referred Langenwalter for a long time. I recently hired them to come to one of my rentals that is a condo. The gentlemen gave me a call and told me the carpet was end of life and he recommended that I get a quote to replace vs cleaning worn out carpet. I got the quote and saved money on the carpet cleaning. Some might think that Langenwalter lost money that day, but in reality they gained an infinite amount of trust and I'm having them do a massive job on a new listing in Carmel today (and will continue to refer them). You just don't see this honesty from people or businesses as much in today's world!

We needed an "emergency" cleaning after our dog became very ill. Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning got to our house within 2 hours of my call and had us clean and drying in no time. Great service. This is the text of a note I sent to the owners:
I am writing simply to express my appreciation for the great job your team did for us after our basement flooded. Everybody involved -- from Sally when we made our first distress call to Damon and Scott who made sure everything was thoroughly taken care of -- was fantastic to work with. Great people on what is clearly a great team.

When someone comes to work on something at my house, I always ask how long they've been with the company and how they like their job. Damon explained that he's been there for about five years, but had tried to a job there for years because it is such a great place to work. And when I look at your team on the website and see that almost everybody has been there for many years, I am even more impressed. You clearly run a good business that treats people well.

As pleasant as the experience was, I obviously hope I won't need your emergency services again (a new sump pump with back-up should help prevent that!), but be assured that, if I do, I won't hesitate to call. Meanwhile, I'll be singing your praises to anyone who will listen.

After bringing in an area rug that had an intense stain I was greeted immediately by many friendly faces. The staff was courteous and professional and got my rug right in for cleaning. I picked the rug up a few weeks later and to my surprise the stain was gone! The owner took the time to go the extra mile to work on it, speak with me about it and even loaded it up in my car. I will definitely use them again and had a great all around experience.

Second time we have used Langenwalter to clean our carpets and like the first time they did not disappoint! The guys are professional, friendly and do an amazing job! They even leave a bottle of their spot cleaner! Thanks guys for another great cleaning.

Langenwalter was fantastic in helping us dry out our basement carpet after an unfortunate water heater issue. Ryan came out within 2 hours of calling for an estimate and was very practical in the services quoted. He came back out that afternoon to set up the equipment and checked in every day (which took less time than expected). After the dry out, he cleaned our carpet and re-installed everything like the water damage never happened. We were referred to Langenwalter and will certainly do the same for anyone who needs carpet services!
