They can get out ANY stain! They are SO fast, very professional, always on time, very well-priced (cheaper than I thought actually), just all around amazing. Steve did 5 rooms, hallway, and stairs in less than 2 hours (and I have children and pets, there was a LOT to do!), and the carpets looked brand new! I can’t recommend Langenwalter enough (ask for Steve and Damon), they are the best!

I have worked with Langenwalter for years, but they were especially helpful recently. I had an infestation of moths in one of my wool rugs. Langenwalter came out and cleaned all my area rugs (some 10 x 12) on both sides to ensure they were thoroughly cleaned. They were so helpful in moving furniture and making sure the rugs were left so they would dry properly. I would recommend them them highly for any carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

Great customer service. Prompt responses and scheduling. Technician came out to give quote on carpet cleaning. Prices are reasonable for work done. Asked if he could do it today and he was able to get the work done asap. Work is exemplary! Had a red stain on my vanilla carpet and the technician was able to get it right out. That stain had been there for almost 8 months. Other black stains are gone. The technician even left a bottle of the company's stain removal for any spot treatments. Great service indeed! Future residents will be pleased.

I have been using Langenwalter for years and they are wonderful! Chris does an excellent job. Always does what he says and says what he does. I started using them about 10 years ago when the basement at my last home flooded and have subsequently used them for carpet cleaning. So reliable and great at the job!

I have used Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning for over 14 years. I first found out about them when I had a [poor] kitty with stomach cancer. Unfortunately, my kitty vomited blood all over my basement carpet. It seriously looked like a crime scene. I called many carpet cleaning companies and none of them would even come to attempt to clean it. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet in my entire basement. Then soon after, I saw a Langenwalter truck driving down the road and I called them. They arrived the next day and after our technician, Chris, left, you'd never be able to tell that we had an issue on our carpet.

With three kids, two dogs and three cats in our house, I have Langenwalter out just about every six months. They make my grimy, light colored carpet look like new!!! And, I love that if I find a spot that didn't come out when they cleaned, they will come out and fix it with no questions asked. And, I've used the same technician every time. He's on time, he's professional and he's respectful of our furniture and furnishings as he's moving around the house with the equipment. Hands down the best carpet cleaning company in the state of Indiana. When scheduling the appointment the office staff I talked to were very friendly and gave me pre-arrival tips to get my house ready for the cleaning. The night before the appointment they called and reminded me of my appointment, which was very helpful. When the technician arrived he wore booties and was very easygoing with my dogs. The technician was very professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. After the cleaning my carpets and hardwoods looked 110% better than before. He also didn't try and up sell me at any point during the cleaning, which is what I disliked about other companies. He told me about the other services Langenwalter offers, including water damage restoration, which I had no clue about. The day after the cleaning one of the ladies in the office called me to ask how the cleaning was and to follow up. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would recommend this company over all others in the industry!

We use Langenwalter for our whole house carpet cleaning, area rugs and spot touch ups in the spring. We have used Langenwalter every year for five years. It is very easy to schedule (or reschedule) your cleaning with their office. They are very flexible. They arrive on time and are very efficient in cleaning and address all issues. They are always respectful of furniture and walls, and leave all the carpets fresh and spotless. They are very reasonably priced and have seasonal specials. I would recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs. (Especially if you have an unpredictable beagle like mine - you don't have to worry as they can clean, deodorize and protect any spots)

We found Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning because we were Angie's List members, there was a coupon through them. We thought we'd try them one time, since our previous carpet cleaning company couldn't do the work we needed done within the timeframe we needed. That was back in 2012, and we've been using Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning, and referring them to others, ever since!

We have a dog and although our children are now becoming teenagers, our carpets are usually stained; but Langenwalter gets the stains out! We love that every technician from their company is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. And scheduling is usually quick and easy, too. Finally, their prices aren't always the cheapest, but I've found that you get what you pay for. And pricing has never been an issue, because we often find coupons and other specials to make their reasonable prices even more affordable.
