I'm absolutely thrilled with how clean my house is, how thorough the ladies were, and how thoughtful and careful they were with our possessions and home. On top of all that, they were incredibly friendly, kind, and professional.

Missy did a fantastic job on our whole house clean. I’m really picky, especially about our hardwood floors, and she made them look brand new. It is so nice to come home from work travel to a clean and sparkling home!! The best part about Preferred, though, is that the owners, who we know, truly care about their employees and paying them a fair wage. Having your house cleaned can feel like a luxury but I love knowing my money is going to pay hard working people fairly. Not sure you’ll find that elsewhere!

I loved working with James as he cared about my personal preferences when it comes to attention to detail in the cleaning checklist, and it was SO easy to book with them! This was my first cleaner I’ve had at our house, so I was nervous. But he was attentive, listened, and sent Natasha my way! Natasha worked diligently to ensure the job was completed well and went straight to work! She checked with me multiple times to ensure the cleaning was to my liking. We had a great experience with The Preferred Cleaning Co. The owner, James, is great to work with and found a time that fit our schedule. The cleaner was on time and very friendly. We only used them once to help us out in a bind but if we ever get a regular cleaner, we will work with The Preferred Cleaning Co!
