I’ve been nervous about hiring cleaners from bad past experiences. I was so happy to come home today after their first visit and be able to tell that my house looked and smelled clean! So glad I made the choice to say yes!

Great customer service! I called on a Wednesday, last minute, needing a move out clean by Saturday. It was short notice. James was wonderful! He penciled me in for Saturday, and went to work finding me someone to clean. It's Labor day weekend by the way. He called and said that he had a cancelation the next morning! He sent us Blessing. She definitely lived up to her name! So through and hard working! She has the house spotless and fresh smelling!! Call James and as for Blessing!

Recently became a customer. Set up with a monthly clean of my apartment. So far have had Brie and Candace. both have been great! also the owner provides great customer service. Highly recommend Preferred Cleaning Co

We had our initial clean and were pleased with the results. The women were very respectful of our belongings and home, and asked for any specifics when given the house introduction. We had a follow up phone call after the cleaning with the owner to make sure it went well and make any notes for next time. I am excited to move forward with regular cleanings and peace of mind knowing we are in good hands. We have 3 cats and 3 young boys so we needed all the help we could get!

I called with a last minute request for a deep clean. I had just had surgery and had family coming to town. They fit me in immediately. We went over the plan and expectations. The cleaners arrived and I couldn’t even tell they were there. At the end I did the walk through and it was exactly what we agreed to. I felt such a sigh of relief when I saw the work they did. Communication was excellent. Customer Service and follow up also excellent.

We’ve used Preferred cleaning for over a year and we’ve had a great experience. We’ve noticed attention to detail on bathrooms and kitchen unlike our previous company. They are consistent and don’t cancel. They are timely usually bringing a crew so we can return home after a few hours instead of all day. They are willing to use our products as well. We have been really pleased!
