She was a pleasant person and punctual but cleaning was suboptimal. I asked deep cleaning before moving in but closet was not wiped down, cabinet had cobwebs behind it. I have to deep clean the house on weekends so what is the point asking her team before moving in…..

Very good quality of work. They are very thorough. Each time they clean, you can tell the house has been cleaned well, because everyday build up is removed. We’ve had a few other companies clean our home and they cut corners, but this is a good company and they charge a fair price.

Rosa is fantastic! She is so sweet and friendly! I came home to my house spotless! I have already referred her to several friends. It is very important to me that there are not different people in my house every week. I love that it is just her and her family!

Cleaning was done very nicely. Things just got away from me, and was lacking on maintaining it. Had hard water stains in shower that they cleaned. All floors and baseboards were cleaned. Microwave and stove had never looked cleaner. But there were some issues that I discovered. They moved furniture out from the walls, and I have some soft laminate wood floors. Noticed some scratches in the floor. They broke the handle on my bathtub faucet. That was $30 to fix. While I appreciate them trying to organize my house, they threw away things I needed, (like the pieces I needed to fix a leaky faucet. Finally found them in the trash bags they left in the garage. Glad they didn't actually take the trash out.). I only just now, a month and a half later, found my nail clippers. I had to go buy new ones. And things were just moved to areas I still don't understand. Like my robot vacuum was placed on my TV entertainment center like it was a display piece. The charging base was separated from its power cord, so I had to figure out where that was and make sure it was the proper one.

So cleaning good. Breaking, hiding, throwing away things that shouldn't have been thrown away, and reorganizing things into different areas, not so good. Maybe make sure they don't do that to you.

Rosy’s cleaning service came and did a spectacular job for our deep cleaning before starting biweekly cleanings. My husband has already asked when they are coming back! We look forward to working with them biweekly!

After the first time deep cleaning. The house is totally different! Her team literally wipe/dust/cleaned everywhere and corner! Their work worth every penny. So far Rosys cleaning service has been great!! She is highly communicative and she is willing to work with you on your personalized cleaning needs and find a rate that works for your family, which was extremely helpful for us. We are doing weekly services, but they just completed our deep clean and it was AMAZING!!! The cleanest our home has truly ever been. They went out of their way to move every piece of furniture, even moved our very large couch and cleaned behind and under - which with 2 small children had to of been quite the chore!! We are so grateful for their help!

First off, Rosy is very professional. Then we received the deep cleaning of our 5800 square foot home by her team and WOW!! Sparkling floors and clean house. They will be coming back bi-weekly.
