Langenwalter does it again. Easy to schedule, great communication with reminders and on-the-way call. Jay was very courteous when he arrived on Friday. Came into the office Monday morning with carpet looking like new. Thank you Langenwalter and Jay for your continued high quality of service.

We had Steve out to help remove many different stains that other carpet cleaners were unable to remove. Not only did he remove all of those spots, but he also was able to repair bleach stains and perfectly match the color of our carpet. I am so impressed! Steve gave an estimate before he started doing the work; he was efficient; and he protected all of the corners of our cabinets and corners of our walls. This company came highly recommended from me, and I understand why. They have earned my business for the lifetime of my carpet. (At some point, I may switch to hardwoods!)

Definitely a waste of money. Wanted a service to clean carpets with better suction than we were capable of so figured a professional carpet cleaning would work. We just bought this house so cleaning carpets while empty would be ideal.
Followed their directions, vacuumed carpets before they showed up with a Bissell vacuum.
They pretty much spray a deodorizer, lightly steam and have just enough suction to get the tiny bit of water from the steam back up.
I bought a shark vacuum off Amazon and vacuumed a week later (we were not even living there)
And insane amounts of dust and dirt came up from carpets.
Do yourself a favor invest in a shark vacuum. I wrote them a message about my experience and days later got a call back saying “we can’t guarantee to get everything out, it’s used carpet” and “she couldn’t believe what she gets out of her carpet on a weekly basis”. Just trying to save someone else from wasting hundreds of dollars like we did. Never ever would have paid for this seeing the result. Call it light surface cleaning, not deep carpet cleaning as you would expect from a professional. Totally dissatisfied.

I never write reviews but feel compelled bc I’m so shocked. Feel ripped off. Make sure you know what to expect from the service being paid for. Pictures show what I sucked up after they were here.

Have used them twice now. Professional. Respectful of your home. Do an excellent job. Will call again when it’s home to clean the carpets.

We used Langenwalter for the first time to clean our carpet and to stretch out an area that was bunched up. Brian was wonderful to work with. Was on time and did a great job getting stains out that had been there awhile. We were very pleased with his service and will be using your company in the future.

I contacted 2TheMAX Cleaning Services to clean our carpet when we moved out of our home we were renting. Their rates were very affordable! They were very convenient and professional. They cleaned the carpet and it looked brand new. They got all stains out of the carpet with ease! 10/10 Highly recommended! Will use them again!
