The service I received from The Preferred Cleaning Co was 5 star!! Booking was super easy to do. They gave me a call letting me know they were sending out a cleaner on the day and time I chose on the booking, came out to my house right on time, the cleaner was so kind & professional, and definitely went the extra mile for me and my wife with all of our requests! Me and my wife both work extremely late so it was so nice coming home to a freshly cleaned home without us having to lift a finger. We just got the weekly recurring cleaning so now we can stay on top of the cleaning plus you save money by getting recurring cleans. Just got my brother-in-law to have his apartment bi-weekly cleaned by them too, Thanks again!!

Missy did a fantastic job on our whole house clean. I’m really picky, especially about our hardwood floors, and she made them look brand new. It is so nice to come home from work travel to a clean and sparkling home!! The best part about Preferred, though, is that the owners, who we know, truly care about their employees and paying them a fair wage. Having your house cleaned can feel like a luxury but I love knowing my money is going to pay hard working people fairly. Not sure you’ll find that elsewhere!

Just had a cleaning done by The preferred Cleaning Co. I loved working with James as he cared about my personal preferences when it comes to attention to detail in the cleaning checklist, and it was SO easy to book with them! This was my first cleaner I’ve had at our house, so I was nervous. But he was attentive, listened, and sent Natasha my way! Natasha worked diligently to ensure the job was completed well and went straight to work! She checked with me multiple times to ensure the cleaning was to my liking.
