I called with a last minute request for a deep clean. I had just had surgery and had family coming to town. They fit me in immediately. We went over the plan and expectations. The cleaners arrived and I couldn’t even tell they were there. At the end I did the walk through and it was exactly what we agreed to. I felt such a sigh of relief when I saw the work they did. Communication was excellent. Customer Service and follow up also excellent.

We’ve used Preferred cleaning for over a year and we’ve had a great experience. We’ve noticed attention to detail on bathrooms and kitchen unlike our previous company. They are consistent and don’t cancel. They are timely usually bringing a crew so we can return home after a few hours instead of all day. They are willing to use our products as well. We have been really pleased!

First time using the service, and James communicated well to ensure it met my needs. The crew did an amazing job making my new apartment shine. The bathroom exceeded my expectations - stains completely gone. Very satisfied and highly recommend!
