I unfortunately I can't make a recommendation for the service. I am still cleaning up areas that were missed at my home. Before hiring this group, I would outline specifically what needs to be done. I was mislead by the promise of a "hospital cleaning" and didn't pay attention to what that meant. I have a decent size home w/windows and cabinets, etc. A finished basement and a garage, all of which weren't cleaned. The people were willing to come back out and try to clean more, but I just started to clean it myself.

Flawless Maids used to be great. A few months ago, they underwent a management change, and now the service has gone terribly down hill!! They often miss areas, leave crud at the bases of tubs/showers, need constant reminders of areas missed the previous weeks, and never touch base boards. To make matters worse, they are unreliable in scheduling, cancel without notifying us, and today - never even showed up, and the appointment was confirmed just 2 hours before their anticipated arrival time. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND FLAWLESS MAIDS any longer !!!

Ignacio is truly the best! He his fast and detail oriented. I love how clean my home feels after they leave!

Called them a day before my move out and they managed to come next day. They did and excellent job leaving my home spotless like no other company could of managed including my fridge and oven like new! Great communication and very nice workers.

Flawless Maids lives up to their name. Incredible thorough, totally trustworthy, and attend to all the little details with no prompting. Always pleasant and willing to do anything extra that might be required on a given day. They have helped organize cluttered spaces, taken care of my pets and never ever broken anything. I used this service to have my home deep cleaned and I could not be happier with their work! The team was punctual, friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. I now have them coming every two weeks to clean my home. I highly recommend!!

I booked them last year and paid their (very expensive) invoice the same day. When the agreed upon date of cleaning came, no one ever showed up. I had to follow up with them myself, only to find out we were never scheduled. They agreed to come the following day, but still didn’t show up at the agreed upon time. You’d think that someone paying $410 to have their house cleaned would receive prompt service, but apparently not. We will never be using them again.

Flawlessmaids has been consistently helping me for several years. They’re professional, personable & trustworthy. I feel completely comfortable leaving them leaving them alone in my home. They go out of their way to be accommodating. I’ve requested their services on specific dates on several occasions lately and they’ve always worked it out for me. They do incredible work & I couldn’t recommend them higher.

Flawless maids is an EXCELLENT, RELIABLE and DETAIL oriented cleaning company. If you’re wondering, “should I?” The answer is YES! I don’t know how they do it, but they get the job done quickly and do not cut any corners. There are a lot of other cleaning companies out there but, this is the absolute best!
