Flawless Maids is the best cleaning company I have ever used. I ave used them for several years now and they just complete a Deep Clean in our 7000 sq ft house we have been selling. Both realtors and buyers were complimenting us on our clean! They said they d never seen this before 🌸. I highly recommend them!

Shana does a wonderful, detailed, job cleaning in my home!! She is prompt and works with me on any "special" situations I have. I look forward to her coming and appreciate her hard work!

Annie does a great job cleaning my home, it looks wonderful when she finishes. She also doesn't mind the fact that I have cats , she has even made friends with one of them. I look forward to seeing Annie, she's a great person.

Tonya and Kim did an awesome job at the very last minute and at end of the day! Our house looks cleaner than it has in months!!! Will be happy to have them clean our home any day!

We have a pretty good size house and we live on all three levels. It is quite an undertaking for one person to clean the entire house. We have had Savannah now on four occasions and she has done an exceptional job.

We have been using a cleaning service on and off for about a year now - but recently had to start using regularly, every other week. We had been through 3-4 companies without feeling like the job was done right or that the value was there for what we were paying. We were really happy with the first time Maidpro came out, not so much the second time. We contacted the office and expressed our concerns and they provided excellent customer service and remedied everything for us. Next they sent out a technician named MacKenzie who spent pretty much the whole day here. Everything was cleaned to our standard and they sent a manager out to check it. MacKenzie even left a note for my son telling him how cool his room was, which any 7 year old thinks is special. She represents MaidPro and their mission VERY well. MaidPro is a good company that produces results, and easy to work with if you have any issues.

We use Maidpro for bi-weekly house cleaning. Shana is our assigned house cleaning lady, and she is absolutely wonderful! Shana is very respectful, thorough, kind, and always comes with a smile!
Ali (Operations Manager) also Megan (Assistant Manager) are always very kind, and quick to answer any questions or concerns that I have. Maidpro was also the most reasonable in their prices, whenever I was searching on who to go with for house cleaning services.
Also, I'm thankful that I can have Shana use my own preferred cleaning products in my home.

We were biweekly clients of MaidPro for three years. Never missed a single payment. Never gave a single problem to any of their long line of rotating employees who would clean my house a few times and then quit the company. Until one day they informed me they were no longer going to clean my master bedroom or bathroom because I have some lifestyle furniture in the corner of the bedroom... that has been there the whole three years. Honestly, I think it was just an excuse to cover up for the fact that we had complaints about their sloppy work for the last several cleanings, each of which was with a different, new employee. Service has gone distinctly downhill since COVID. Regardless, had to find another company that actually cleaned the house, and wasn't oddly discriminatory against furniture.

This is the first time we have used Maid Pro and we couldn't be happier. Farol and Maddy arrived on time and ready to work. We have a complicated cleaning plan as we need whole house and weekly cleaning. We have a lot of glass and wood which makes the job of cleaning very tedious. They began by asking all the right questions and throughout the day did not hesitate in coming to us and confirming or verifying information. They were friendly and worked past 7:00 PM to get the job completed. We are very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone who needs extra help with cleaning duties.

Great company and outstanding customer service! Ali is incredibly prompt at returning phone calls/responding to emails and following up on any concerns we may have. Lexie does a fabulous job and we are looking forward to having her as our regular PRO!

Our Pros, Kim and Tonya, do a wonderful job. We only have a cleaning once every 4 weeks and they make the house sparkle. They are consistent, the house always looks great and spells good once they are done. I would recommed their service if you need a housecleaner.

Jainee and Ivy ALWAYS do such an amazing job on our home! They are always so kind to our kids and dogs. We really enjoy having them!
We would suggest them to everyone but we don't want to lose them for us. We would love to have them each time we have service!

If you are looking for help with cleaning and are on a budget, this is NOT who you go with. My home is basically spotless through the week but I need help here and there since I have a newborn, they would not work work with me even though my budget was very reasonable. Also, what I was asking for is not difficult or incredibly time consuming, literally just part of normal cleaning of a home like vacuuming and cleaning counters, etc. I did not use them so gave them 3 stars. They are obviously not looking for any new customers.

Shana always does great job. Today my house was pretty messy before I left for the day and when I got home it looked fantastic!! She did more than I would expect anyone to do. It's so nice to come home to a clean house!!!! Thank you, Shana!!! And Maidpro 😀

I’ve used MaidPro for about 5 months. Emma, who formerly had worked in a 2-person team(Emma being in a supervisory role) was here alone last time and did a great job by herself, so we’re going to keep future visits that way. My normally “rowdy” dog is extremely comfortable with her and I’m glad she’ll be my regular. Thanks Emma!!

Thank you MaidPro's Tonya and Shania. We're very pleased with their cleaning job yesterday (Tonya and and trainee Shania). On 1/09/23 they showed up on time and never stopped working during the entire time they were here. This is my 71st cleaning using MaidPro...and everything Ali had promised when setting up the service is true. I highly recommend MaidPro. We appreciate the great job they did.

Kim and Tonya are the best!! My husband and I keep a pretty neat place but we like to have MaidPro come every two weeks more for the "spiffing" or cleaning that we don't like to do so it helps to have Pros who are detail oriented to take our place to the next level. Kim and Tonya do exactly that! They vacuum furniture, make sure there are no water spots on the shower door, etc. And they always ask what more they can do. I love coming home on the Fridays MP has been here! It feels refreshing!

I typically use MaidPro as my go-to cleaning. I'm pretty clean as it is so only a few times per year.

Valeria did an awesome job at my place today. Towels were unfolded and refolded to make them look nicer. I also accidently left the garbage can in an area of the kitchen it normally wouldn't be. She put it in it's proper place. The proper place and typical place isn't the same so definitely been storing my garbage can incorrectly over a year.
