whoever answered, asked MY NAME, and would tell me his. Their past employee has threatened me and my wife and their zero cooperation is insane. Do not deal with people who behave in this way.

Could have easily taken me for a ride but Duane's Electric looked for ways to make the job more cost effective for me.

Duane and his crew were outstanding. Workmanship second to none. Took the time to go over all the details of the generator. Highly recommend Duanes Electric!!!

This is the company you need for electrical service, don't look any further. This company is knowledgeable and efficient. I had a serious issue and made a call to the 24 hour number at 3:00 a.m. The owner answered and responded by 7:00 a.m.! The repair was diagnosed and repair completed by noon. Unbelievable in today's world of lack of customer service.
The crew not only explained the repair, but educated on further maintenance and repair options that would save money.
I can't say enough about them, if you are spending hours researching electrical service companies, just stop and call Duane's, you will be glad you did.

My whole house GE generator did not come on during a power outage on Sunday evening 28th. Called on Monday morning. Technician arrived at noon. Did an accurate diagnosis and quickly repaired. Wonderfully PROMPT SERVICE!

Worked was very messy and we had to have someone come redo the work. Ground was corroded . He used a scrap pole to attach outlet to. They switched out a pvc pipe with a metal one and it was all rusted and would have went into our pool pump. No ground rod placed. Just poor job all around.
