cut down a huge branch that had to be taken down from my neighbors yard. We had to reschedule due to rain and my neighbors yard being too wet. It was reschedule d without any problems. Took the tree branch down and left zero mess. They cleaned up everything. Would not use anyone else ever.

Don't let the good reviews fool you. Pricing is much better than most places, but the quality of work is horrendous. After much reassurance that I didn't need to call NIPSCO out because "we are good at we do bro", they destroyed my fence, knocked down my Xfinity line, almost took down my power line and completely destroyed my concrete patio when tipping the tree over. Which they did not tell me that they were doing it that way. Ruben's crew was laughing as they just destroyed my property. Ruben told me they have a crane to bring each piece down, when not once did they use a crane to bring these pieces down. I was also told they were going to cut the wood up into "small firewood pieces" and left me with the tree just laying down in my yard because they found a tiny piece of metal in ONE part of the log. They did replace ONE of the TWO fence panels destroyed, but did not screw it back into the posts. I feel like a *good* company would want to leave the customers house in the same condition as it was before they arrived. Ruben then basically begged for payment, when they hadn't completed the job. I reluctantly paid him and he told me he would come back out for tree stump removal once I get 811 to come mark the lines, which I did. Now, it is radio silence after messaging Ruben multiple times.

If I had to do it again, I would fork over the extra couple hundred dollars to go to a company with more experience.

If you have tree's in an area where they can absolutely not hit anything, then I assume they are a safe bet. But, if you have anything that you care about, go ahead and call someone else.

TLDR:
Go somewhere else.

Oscar and his crew came out today and cut down a massive tree that had enormous limbs hanging over our house/ garage and my neighbors house. We had other tree service companies come out for quotes...... some flat out wouldn't even touch it while others were double the cost. Oscar offered a fair price and was able to book the work just days later. The crew worked quickly, safely and efficiently and got the job done. We are extremely pleased with the service they provided and will absolutely recommend and use again. Great job guys!!

I highly recommend The Regions Tree Service!!! They did an excellent job removing an 80+ year old tree in a small postage stamp yard between a house & garage. They were upfront with the cost, showed up on time & did a great job with the removal as well as the clean up. :)

I would like to thank Oscar and his recommendation for a very huge tree stump removal. He sent Joe's Discount Tree and Stump Service out the next day to have it removed and leveled out my yard. He was a nice, efficient man that did a fantastic job removing the stump and leveled out my yard.
I had another tree service , Midwest Tree works cut a huge Maple tree down. They were very fast and came out with a crew of 6 men. I did not hear from them and did not know when they were going to return to cut the huge stump .
The logs they cut from the tree just let drop to the ground, left huge holes all over my yard. I was very disappointed on how they did not come out the next day and clean up my yard.
When you take on a job you have to leave the house as when you started. I just moved into my home a month ago.
My new driveway is all scratched up with streaks from the trees and tire marks from the trucks, from the street to the garage.I had one of the workers leave a can of oil in my garbage can that leaked onto my driveway. I have huge oil stains .

They came out and removed 3 trees from our front yard, ground the stumps down. They left the yard clean. The price was awesome! Highly recommend!!

So let me tell you about Oscar and his amazing crew we had a huge part of a very important tree fall in our back yard i call he came out even when i sent him to the wrong address he was the most professional what thry didnt know is my papa has passed as well.as my uncle and this is out "picture tree" ever since i can remember this is where all our family takes our pictures and even before i was born itd our picture tree i cant say thank you enough and if we could give more than 5 stars we would they not only got rid of the tree but all the debri you guys are worth every penny and i highly recommend and am glad are who we called just excellent

Regions tree service came out and removed a tree from in the front of my parents home. They were on time, courteous, fast and had the whole tree down, cut up and gone within 2 hrs. They were amazing to work with. The guys were very professional. There will never be another tree company that I will use in NWI outside of Regions!!

Oscar is a great guy and has a great team with him. Did a service for my elderly mother who speaks very little English. Oscar and the team helped her with no problem and even went the extra mile when they didn't have too (moved heavy items in her backyard that were damaged/moved by a storm).
