I had Ruben cut 2 trees for me and they did an amazing job!

Reliable, quick, on time. In and out in less than 8 hours for a 80’ tree with some obstacles in the way. Cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave my yard a mess. Very professional.

These guys were killer i had a giant tree knocked down they dealt with insurance and removed everything in less than a day moved quickly and efficently would call them again. These guys are on it day and night

Needed a tree taken out quickly so my gutters could be properly installed. NWI responded quickly. Quote in less than an hour and tree down and yard cleaned up all in a few hours.

I'd give Ruben less than a star if I could. We ordered some firewood from this thief. He was a no show on the drop off date. He set up another date to drop off and again was a no show. Now he doesn't return our calls and kept our $200 deposit. Basically he's a thief and liar and took advantage of us.

I called them up and they came out the same day and assessed the problems. The next day they were here and took care of all the over grown tree branches and dead limbs. Very professional and friendly group of men. I would definitely use them again

I had a tree emergency after it was hit by lightning. They came over quickly and gave me a very good estimate. Within 2 hours my tree was cut down. They were super professional and cleaned up BETTER than my regular lawn service. HIGHLY Recommend!!

Ruben just came over to look at my Redbud tree that got damaged in last night’s storm. He took care of it and removed the co trunk because the damage was too great to brace it and would endanger the entire tree. He said the main trunk will survive. I can’t say enough about how caring and wonderful he was. I won’t hesitate to recommend him to everyone. THANK YOU RUBEN!

Ruben and his crew did an outstanding job cleaning up four large trees. They were very courteous, the pricing was extremely fair and the yard was spotless upon completion. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give this company zero stars.
We gave a deposit of 300 dollars for a tree removal in June of 2024. It is now October 2024 and we have yet to have the tree removed and have requested our 300 dollars back. He has avoided contact with my husband to refund the money. He has said he was going to refund us after I contacted him but has not and it’s been over a week.
I am VERY disappointed with the service, communication and integrity of this company and owner.

I hired Ruben and his crew to remove two large oak trees out of my backyard.
They did a very good job, removing out large limbs to avoid hitting my home .
His guys are very proffessional and they clean up very well.

At first everything seemed great, responsive and polite! They came out took down 2 trees in our backyard fairly quickly but were supposed to come back and grind stumps down for us. It's been 25 days, multiple calls, multiple texts and we keep being told they'll get back to us and they never do. The owner Ruben finally responded that his crew would be out over the weekend, they never showed. I was patient and sent a text Sunday afternoon in which he replied Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning they'd be out at the latest, again never showed and never heard anything about it either, it's now Thursday and I still haven't heard a word. I would not recommend them if your looking for reliability, now we're left with 2 large tree stumps we have to figure out before starting our shed project.

Ruben came out the same day that I called and started to trim my tree. They cleaned up and I mentioned a few more branches that I wanted removed. He came back and finished the job and again cleaned up. Price was reasonable and they were very quick.

These guys were great. I had trees removed and cut back. The crew was respectful and hardworking, all around very pleased with NWI Tree Surgeons work.
