I was very satisfied and impressed with the quality of service performed. The proprietor, Rachel, is very professional and personable. She makes great effort to personally connect with her clients and ensure services were completed to the standards of the client. With larger companies a personal association is usually not established. The women who cleaned our condo were efficient and detail oriented. It is apparent that her standards of service exude through the individuals she employs.

The owner is a lovely lady. Since I was to receive a deep cleaning she told me that her staff would dust my ceiling fan on my main level, perform basic wipe out of the fridge, clean the microwave inside and out, take care of all of the floors on the main level and wipe off all of the counters. The counters by the sink were not cleaned, the dining room floor was not swept and none of the items that I specifically listed were done except the inside of the microwave was cleaned. The outside was not. I took pictures of all of the areas that were not cleaned that should have been. Once again, the owner seemed to be a great lady, however, her cleaning ladies (who were extremely pleasant) did not represent her well that day. My daughter paid for the service and arrived in town later that evening to see what I said that was not done was in deed correct. She completed the task for me herself as I was physically unable to.

Professionally polished is an awesome cleaning service. Your house looks and smells fresh and clean when they are done. The staff is so friendly. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

The ladies did an AMAZING job on our Deep Clean. I don’t think my house has been this clean since we moved in! They were very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nicole did a great job especially coming at the last minute when my regular cleaning service had to cancel. Rachel was super responsive and helpful and the entire experience put my anxiety at easy!!

Excellent service, great staff, great pricing, and my house is sparkling clean and fresh. They did excellent job on cleaning literally everything in my house. The staff was very professional, experienced and on time. My house is 1 year old and it wasn't this clean even when we bought it. And the scent of clean and lavender throughout the house is just wow. Definitely recommending them to all my friends and family.

Victoria, Emily, and Thalia were AMAZING. Not only did they leave my house SPOTLESS, but they were so warm, friendly and professional. They even gave my senior pupper some snuggles! I can’t wait to have them back. 5 stars all the way!!

We had them come in to do a deep/spring cleaning. They deep cleaned everything & we added the service of interior windows & walls. As smokers & owners of cats, they did an amazing job. Everything was impressive & smells great!!!

It was wonderful to walk into a sparkling clean house after the two ladies from Professionally Polished worked their magic. This was the first time I had a house cleaning service. Rachel, the owner visited with me first to discuss expectations and options. She made me feel comfortable with the process.

After moving out of a house I was renting I wanted to leave it as clean as it was when I moved in. I did not have the time to dedicate to the cleaning myself. I scheduled a consultation with Rachel. She looked throughout the house explaining what was included in the deep clean. She then gave me a quote on price. I was impressed with her detail to the smallest things.
I scheduled my cleaning day for a day I was working all day. When I arrived to the home that evening I was in awe at the spectacular job that was done. The rooms were SPOTLESS and the place smelled good too! I would definitely recommend Professionaly Polished, they were worth every penny!
