Professionally Polished did a deep clean for my home and it was awesome!! I had Sam and Danielle and they were so great! They gave my downstairs shower more attention than required to make sure it was 100% which was super awesome. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again in the future!

The cleaning was beyond my expectations. They all showed up with their own cleaning supplies, I’ve had previous cleaners that I had to provide stuff for them to clean my own house! Julie, Brittany and Bridgett did a fantastic job. They did everything they said they would do and then some. I would highly recommend them.

We've been using Professionally Polished for a couple months and have been extremely happy with their services. Yesterday, Sam and Emily arrived right on time (a little early, actually!) and were friendly, personable, and took the time to listen to all of our special requests. The next morning, we all noticed how fresh it smelled and how clean it looked in the office, better than ever! We're in the germy months of the year and were happy to notice all the doorknobs, window and door trims, and cabinet handles had been wiped down, the bathroom was spotless and they even went above and beyond to fold the toilet paper and paper towel rolls with a little sticker - cute touch! We would definitely recommend Professionally Polished to our friends, colleagues, and family. Thank you!

Working with Rachel and her team at Profesionally Polished has been a real pleasure! We had a deep cleaning done today and we were very happy with it. The house is always cleaned great. It would be nice if maybe there was that clean smell or some type of fresh smell once it’s done. I love how clean the house is though. No complaints

This is all I wanted—a sparkly clean house so I could put up my Halloween decorations this year. Professionally Polished was fantastic! The owner/manager responded via text to my online inquiry, came to my home for a walk-through. Gave me quotes for deep clean and regular/recurring cleaning. Everything was laid out in writing, easy to understand and clear. I started with the deep clean. Three cleaners came with their own equipment/cleaning supplies. They were able to get hard water stains out of the shower and did all of my white baseboard. So needed with 2 dogs with dark coats and 2 kids with lots of friends! They were thorough but efficient. The kitchen glistened! They even asked me to do a walk through to make sure it was up to expectations—I asked them to remedy a couple of small things and they did, no problem. I am extremely happy with the service! I am having them come regularly. I love a clean home and would recommend Professionally Polished to anyone with high expectations!

As the firm's name says,Professionally Polished, it is exactly that ,very well established, done correctly the first time and can add or subtract from your wishes of what you would like to have accomplished. All employees are kind and eager to assist and get the job assigned done as is required. Five star rating is not good enough should be six or eight.

I hired professionally polished for my home in Crown Point Indiana. They did everything I asked them to do. As I am picky on certain stuff and they were able to accommodate for me. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with Professionally polished cleaning services was not professional or polished. It was horrible. I was scheduled for deep cleaning services for my kitchen bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The cleaning ladies worked on my kitchen for 2 hours while discussing inappropriate things like their childhood experiences and passing gas (farting) on the job. I found it to be distasteful and unprofessional but decided to smile and disregard it. They moved items around in my kitchen and didn’t put them back in the places they moved them from.
They then proceeded to clean my downstairs bathroom and two bedrooms but did a rushed incomplete job. They came back up in less than 30 mins and began to pack up to leave. When I asked had they completed the job already, one girl stated that they were scheduled to do another house and that they had to get going and that the cleanings were scheduled too close together. Upon checking their work I found that they didn’t vacuum my daughter’s room, properly clean the bathroom or clean what was included in the deep cleaning (toilet, tub, mirrors, stove/oven, windows, light fixtures, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cabinets, counters, and base boards. When I called Kara (the lady who had given me the quote and scheduled the cleaning she said she’d schedule for someone to come back out to my home at a later date to finish the job. She then text me back moments later stating that no one would be coming back to complete the job because the cleaners felt uncomfortable. She went on about how the cleaning lady was requested often and how she’d been with the company for a long time. I asked to speak with management thinking that they’d resolve the situation and have the job completed but instead someone claiming to be a manager texted me stating what Kara said about no one coming to complete the cleaning and that the balance wouldn’t have to be paid
The entire experience was terrible and not worth the $150.00. I would NOT recommend their cleaning services to anyone. The communication and service was horrible. The lack of professionalism, customer care and support was awful from Kara and Danielle.
