Five stars and two thumbs are not enough! Chris is a remarkable young man! He anticipated my needs by spraying the weeds near the walkway close to the home before I even came out to ask him about it. He took the time to figure out what was needed and did it with and did not need to be asked. Wonderful service!

The worst customer service ever. After 12 years, I have had enough and I am moving on. This year, they attempted to aerate my yard. It took them five visits to get it somewhat right. One time, they said they performed the service and never showed up, and another time, they did my neighbor's yard (he was a happy camper). After many phone calls, they agreed not to charge me for this service. I have a confirmation number agreeing to waive the fee. Fast forward, and I received a notice from a collection agency for nonpayment. Once again, another phone, only to be put on hold when asked to speak with a supervisor. After about being on hold for five to ten minutes I was hung up on and never got to speak with a supervisor.

After the recent snowstorm, I called to get my driveway cleared. The response was immediate and timely. Aiden came out the next day to deep snow that had been packed down from tire tracks and very difficult to remove. He worked very hard and removed every bit of ice and snow clear to the concrete. He was very reasonable on price . He made sure I was completely satisfied with the final work. I highly recommend anyone looking for snow removal , this is the place to call.

This is my at least fourth time trying to contact someone in your company about my service person. They always seem to show up when i'm not here. So I can't show them where they keep forgetting to spray. There is clover flowers all over this one part of the yard. I don't think they ever spray over here. My husband wants to get a refund or cancel our service because you guys have never contacted me about our complaint. I am home all day today.Someone needs to call us.

Really great family business. Super communication and clarity. It was a pleasure working with them and Ryan is excellent at his trade and very knowledgeable. He let us pick his brain while he was here and we learned a lot about trees and he gave excellent priceless recommendations.

No showed on us once and then canceled on us for the reschedule with almost no notice. Very unreliable, do not recommend.

They came back day after day on a tree that turned out to be more work than we expected and got it done! Didn’t upcharge us or anything. Will have them back

They also picked up and installed mulch. Ryan and his sons did a beautiful job. I will use them again and in the fall they will clean our gutters.. they do it all.

I have used Powell & Sons Urban Forestry a couple of times. They were very responsive, worked very quickly and were very reasonable. All of their workers are very friendly and are "work animals".

Unfortunately the quality of service, as well as customer service has gone down drastically. We used to be loyal, multi-year customers. Were told at the end of last year that they would be in touch first of the year over an issue, here we are almost 12 months later and still no contact.

I hired Powell and Sons to remove five dead trees from my property. They came out to do the job within a week, went above and beyond the original agreement, adding one small tree to the removals, and cutting back a number of others that day, and performed a thorough clean-up job before they left. All the work was completed for a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire them for future tree service!

Quick and professional.
Called Powell and Sons and they were at my place in no time and quoted me a fair price for branch removal and tree trimming.
Looking forward to having them back out in the fall.

This company is AMAZING! I called in the morning for an estimate, they were in the neighborhood working on another job, and added me in. I got the estimate in the morning, they arrived at 12:45 the same day and were finished in 2 hours. They cut down 2 dead flowering crab trees, a dying pine, and even trimmed an older tree that needed work. The crew was polite, professional, and cleaned up the yard and property well. They will be out to grind up the stumps after the utilities are marked in a few days. This is a great company, friendly workers, and very reasonably priced. I definitely would recommend and hire again.
