Switched to TruGreen at the end of the season, and after one treatment, lawn is thicker and healthier than it has been all summer.
Service is professional, and thorough and courteous of the dog gate being latched upon exit.
Very pleased I made the switch!

Let's start with the good... I called TruGreen based on a deal I received in the ValPack that comes via mail. The price for a their "best deal" package was reasonable. However, my lawn has lots of problems and I didn't want to purchase a plan online then have someone show up only for them to tell me my lawn is going to cost extra.

The unfortunate... I called to inquire about the complimentary quote. I explained that I would like a service provider to look at my lawn in person to discuss my individual needs in lieu of looking at my lawn on the internet. I was given a flat NO! I called again to ask a different person (just to see if the first person was misinformed) but to my surprise I was told NO again.

I don't think my ask was unreasonable. If anyone is looking for individualized customer service, I would not recommend TruGreen. Refusal to send a service provider for an INITIAL lawn examination tells me they will surely not care for a customer once they're locked into a contract.

The very next company I called was more than willing to send someone out.

TruGreen lost gaining a new customer over the most simple request.

Orlando was the best technician I have had for service. Friendly, answered questions.

I used TruGreen to treat multiple properties. My guy Shawn was top notch but TruGreen has terrible customer service and no online portal for business accounts. For being a multibillion dollar company they should have a way to log in and check your personal account to keep it up to date. Plus none of the yards they treated ever looked that good. Tons of weeds all the time.

TruGreen has always been great! Great employees, customer service!! They are always professional and willing to work with you on your bill if you are struggling financially!! Great job, everyone!

Tru Green is very reasonable with their prices and also reliable to come get the job done. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a lawn care company who cares to provide great quality service.

He sprayed my entire yard as is required. Its to kill many weeds i have. He followed my request and knocked on door so that I could watch for a good job. No markers needed.

Trugreen came out and performed an exemplary service on my lawn and shrubs. I'm already seeing great results! I should have done this a long time ago! These hot temperatures have been literal murder on these lawns! Call them today!

The service guy was knowledgeable about trees and bugs

The treatment only took 5 minutes to complete, I tend to think these are rushed jobs especially for the price that I pay for the treatments. The longest a technician has stayed there is 7 minutes and I'm never there when they arrive.

Yesterday was the first day of service, I am very happy the way TruGreen performed and I am sure grasses are very happy too. Thanks so much for an excellent taking care. I will recommend my neighbors. Thanks again.

Our lawn looks the best it’s ever been with Tru Green. After only 2 applications. Today was our 3rd. Always reliable and do a great job.

Insist on repeatedly sending out young men to ring doorbells in my neighborhood even though we have no solicitation signs clearly posted. Disrespectful so I just canceled service after almost 20 years. This happens repeatedly and they refuse to change their ways. And that representative was rude. Find a local device that actually cares about customers. They used to ring the doorbell for every service even though I called every time and requested the not. I work from home with dogs and it’s super disruptive.

The yard technician showed care and respect of my property with complete coverage as i would expect. If I ever have questions or concerns Trugreen is willing to answer or satisfy any concerns immediately.

Today, I am happy TruGreen did a nice job covering the entire property. I did feel bad that the guy walked the entire yard though. The neighbors have TruGreen but the guy uses a rider. I sure hope this guy comes back but, I hope he is on a rider next time. THANK YOU!

Christopher Barnack was very polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. He ensured that all lawn areas were treated thoroughly, and I was very happy with his service.

Today, a gentleman from TruGreen showed up on my property without permission. When I asked him what he was doing, he said he was inspecting my trees. I have asked TruGreens multiple times to put me on their do not call list for upselling. Well, this time, TruGreen decided they were just going to show up without notification and without ringing the doorbell and just walk around my property. Not cool! Permission is required. If not, you are trespassing!

Great service with a very respectful and understanding tech. Good companies need more employees like the one who serviced my property.I definately would recommend your company to others.

Daniel knew to do the entire yard. He did a good job! Appreciate his knocking on the door to explain what he would be doing. Great to have Daniel as a tech since he had treated the yard on earlier visits. Would like Daniel as Preferred Tech.
