I have booked this cleaning service twice, and both experiences were less than satisfactory.

**First Service (May 30, 2024):** The cleaning was okay, but they arrived an hour late due to a mix-up with the address on their end. They also missed cleaning the sink, though they did refund me for that oversight.

**Second Service (July 22, 2024):** Once again, they were late—this time by half an hour. They were scheduled to arrive between 12 to 1 PM, but didn't show up until 1:35 PM. I had already called Julius to cancel if they didn't arrive by 1:30 PM. I am currently waiting for a refund, as they pre-charged my card and assured me there would be no cancellation fee.

**Advice to the Company:** Please fix the time scheduling issues. If your team is going to be late, at least give an update ahead of time out of respect for the customer's schedule.

This is a great team! I had to reschedule several times and the team was willing to accommodate my schedule. I’m so thankful for the precision and professionalism the crew showed once they arrived to my home. Noel did a fantastic job. The price and service is outstanding. I will definitely schedule another clean. Thank you for your service.

Very impressed with Julius and their team.
They always work with my schedule and even last minute when needed. They are very thorough and make sure to communicate everything. If there's ever something that can't be cleaned to their standard (not often because they're great) - they let us know quickly. We have very high standards and they have been amazing with meeting and exceeding those. If there's anything missed they fix it so quickly without question. This also doesn't happen often but no one is perfect and we all look for different things to measure cleanliness so they take note and correct it and make sure their team knows.
Overall I am very happy with using them!

I have a short term rental in town, and I transitioned its turnovers over to maidthis recently. Onboarding was smooth, they got a lot of the necessary information before the first turnover. So far so good, no issues or complaints from guests and the cleaning team has been super communicative about issues at the house, cleaning, and restock items.

Top of the notch, cleaning service with a great price. I live in an apartment in Carmel and the cleaning job was impeccable. Highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a cleaning service!

Great service from the very start. Reached out to them from Thumbtack over the weekend and Tasha got back to me Monday morning. Had a very thorough conversation about the services they offered and my expectations. I was very comfortable with the price quoted as it was in the range I expected it would be, but also, based on our conversation I was also confident it wouldn’t magically double upon day of initial service. Their booking portal is set up well and is easy to see how to update or change anything for future bookings.

Cleaning crew arrived to house on time and after a quick check in to verify my expectations, got right to work. The team worked diligently and cleaned every inch of the defined areas. With 2 large shedding dogs, this was not an easy ask, but they far exceeded my expectations of what they could achieve.

While I definitely didn’t need to use it, their happiness guarantee 24 hour delay before charging my card was a great reassurance on my choice to use them as well.
