Williams Comfort Air is an outstanding company! I have been very pleased with their service and professional team.
No matter which service person is sent, the professionalism during the vist is always OUTSTANDING!
They have taken excellent care of my HVACs and I can highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC installation, repair, service, and maintenance!

Williams does good service, but they are pirates. My furnace required a new inducer motor and gas valve. When I asked the repairman the cost of these parts, he quoted $2000. On Amazon, I found the actual Bryant parts for $100 each. They charged me $1800 for the repair, including the parts and it took 1 hour to do. When I complained about the high price, they said that they were competitive and sometimes less expensive than other companies. Hogwash! There is a big difference between companies whose existence is to help people and those who only want to get rich off of others! This is not an isolated incidence. The same company charged me $7500 to replace 50 ft of gas line in 8 man-hours. All of the work was within the house -- no digging or extraordinary work. They tried to get me to allow them to change a bathroom water faucet for $750 which would have taken them 30 minutes to do. I bought a top of the line water faucet for $100 and installed it myself in 1 hour. Where are the companies that really care for the customer and who are not out to fleece them to line their own pockets?

Our furnace gave up in the middle of the latest sub-zero cold wave. We are “True Comfort Members” and we called Williams hoping we could get someone out reasonably soon, but it was Sunday night. Help arrived in less than an hour. The tech, Josh, couldn’t save the furnace but he diagnosed the problem, checked CO levels and advised us accordingly. On Monday we met with a Williams rep, Joey, at our home and arranged for a new furnace to be installed the next day. Joey gave us a good deal on the price, plus info on available rebates from the manufacturer and our utility. Installation went smoothly and we are happy with the new system. Overall we are very happy with the way we were treated and the quick response.

I had to call for an emergency furnace check over the weekend, and within a couple of hours a service technician named Santiago arrived. He was very professional, took his time, and explained everything clearly. He was also very kind and didn’t mind speaking with my daughter on the phone to help her understand what was going on with my furnace. I truly appreciate his help, patience, and professionalism. I will highly recommend him and this service.

I highly recommend Santiago, He is such a people person and is very professional as well as easy to talk to about any concerns or explaining any issues that maybe a concern. Not pushy on trying to sell you things but suggest different opportunities if you are interested. I DEFINITELY WANT HIM AS MY FUTURE TECH.Thank you Williams Comfort Air for making this a wonderful experience.

We are always happy with the service from Williams Comfort Air. The men did a great job of cleaning out the vent system from the dryer to outside. They even went into the crawl space to check everything. My only complaint is that we didn’t realize that they didn’t shut the light off in the crawl space or close it back up and close the backyard fence when they were done. We didn’t even know it was an issue until several days ago when we went outside. Otherwise, everything was good.

I appreciate him making what should have been a stressful situation straightforward and easy. Would absolutely recommend 10/10

Williams Comfort Air has always been good to us. Their techs are Always so so kind! The company must treat their guys well because the techs always are in a great mood and super helpful. Today, I had Joseph and he was amazing! Our heat pump has stayed in good working order because we keep it on a maintenance plan...its worth it and has saved us a lot of money in the long run. Highly recommend this company!
