Joseph was the installer of our Mitsubishi mini split heat pump system. It was not an easy job, but his knowledge and expertise was very valuable and impressive. the team did an exceptional job installing a heat pump in our home here in fishers. before this, we only had a forced air natural gas furnace and no a/c. gone are the days of leaving windows open and running fans all night during summer. we no longer need to keep a door open to cool the house, which often resulted in unwelcome mosquitos. of course, if we accidentally burn something while cooking, we will still need to open a couple of doors for ventilation. my 5-star rating is due to several reasons: - the installation was of high quality, something i, being meticulous, certainly noticed. - the team arrived promptly as promised. - they installed top-notch equipment from a reputable brand. a recently retired hvac installer friend of mine recommended this brand for its quality and readily available parts. - when i discussed our requirements with jay, he was very understanding and didn't try to dissuade us from our preferences. he even suggested an add-on as an optional feature. - we chose a variable speed heat pump, a natural gas backup furnace, an electronic air cleaner, an ultra-violet air scrubber, and a 1050 thermostat. overall, i am highly satisfied with the furnace repair service provided by this dedicated team.
