Jaco is the definition of going above and beyond for his customers. I've been struggling with an HVAC issue for the past couple months & a lot of the "big" companies in the area either weren't helpful, or just blew me off entirely. Jaco took the time to fully investigate what was going on, using many tricks of the trade. We believe we have a good temp solution in place, and will continue to work together on a long term plan to solve my heating/cooling issues. If you're looking for a great, local home services provider, Quality HVAC is a must. He even came out ON HIS BIRTHDAY!! He knew how frustrated I was and took the time to walk me through step-by-step what he was doing and why. I learned a lot from him in the 2hrs he was here. He truly cares for his customers and doesn't go directly to big expensive fixes before trying everything possible.

Jaco is such an honest technician. He diagnosed my unit and fixed it to keep my family warm in the winter immediately. He went above and beyond to find the blower motor. I had asked a few other companies that had just tried to get me into their useless marketing programs and could not fix it for a week. Given the experience with Jaco and that my units were extremely old, I contracted Jaco to replace my furnace, ac unit, humidifier and he installed vents in my basement ceiling. He is very meticulous and takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend him and will not allow anyone else to touch my units. Thank you Quality HVAC.

Jaco was very responsive, came early and called ahead to make sure that worked. He quickly fixed my air conditioner. He was personable and took great pride in his work (cleaning my AC as well as fixing my thermostat which was crooked). His price was affordable and lower than others. Jaco is a good HVAC technician. He came fixed my HVAC freon leak. He first carefully inspected my HVAC system to make sure no other issue was overlooked and then fixed the problem thoroughly. He is knowledgeable and demonstrated he can resolve a lot more HVAC related issues. Before he left, he double checked my whole HVAC to make sure it ran normally. His price is fair. He is the person I would first call whenever I encounter HVAC problem again.

I called quality HVAC LLC today for a problem with my air conditioner. Jaco was quick to respond and came within a few hours of the call. He was very polite and kind person. The problem was quickly fixed and I will call him again for any heating/air conditioning problems. I highly recommend using him.

Jaco at Quality HVAC went above and beyond to make sure my AC was working properly. He thoroughly cleaned both the outside and inside units and installed a UV light to improve the air quality in my home. He checked to make sure the system was working well and cleaned up before leaving. His pricing was very reasonable. He's friendly and explained everything he did. I highly recommend Jaco at Quality HVAC.

Jaco installed a new AC and furnace in our house and did an excellent job! He is extremely professional and went out of his way to make sure we were happy every step of the way. One thing we really liked about working with him is that the business phone number is a direct line to him, and it is very easy to reach him via call or text. His prices were also the best we have found. Working with him was a great experience all around, and we will absolutely use him again if the need arises!

Just got a new Lennox system installed by this company's owner Jako. Great price and install. You will not be able to do any better, certainly not with the big companies that advertise constantly. Jako And QUALITY HVAC ARE THE BEST.

Jaco came highly recommended on Nextdoor. After receiving multiple estimates, we’re happy that we went with the recommendations.

He showed up early on the schedule dates of the estimate and installation of our new HVAC. During the estimate, he spoke to the service that he can provide, the differences of the units, and did not speak negatively about other companies.

He was very respectful of our home, kept us informed (as needed), cleaned up after, and walked us through what was done and the operation of the equipment.

He was kind enough to register for the warranties and had them sent to us.

Jaco did an amazing job at my second home in Fishers. He is very detail oriented and diagnosed the issue perfectly.
