We had a toilet flapper that was leaking. Cole got it fixed and also cleaned out the drains in TWO bathrooms. Got a great price and did a great job!! Highly recommend and will use again!!

My furnace was not functioning up to par. I’m glad I had Mike come out to check it. Mike found out where it was getting plugged. I feel much better now with cold weather coming!

Tony initially helped when I had to get a new thermostat. Did a great job in getting my furnace back to working. Came out today for fall maintenance and hook up my humidifier. Explained what he did, showed me what to for the humidifier and overall great job and very professional. I would definitely recommend

I have had a great experience every time I use Action Air for my heating and plumbing. They are always very knowledgeable and polite. I never feel like they are trying to up sell me something I do not need. They are also available 24/7 when you have an HVAC or plumbing emergency.

I requested a quote from Action Air to replace my hot water heater. The person who came out was both professional and friendly. The price they quoted was considerably less than the other quotes I received. I accepted the quote and they scheduled the work to be completed the next morning.

Josh H was amazing! Had him come out for a routine tune up on our furnace and he gave me the answer I was expecting....we needed a new furnace. After being open and upfront on pricing we pulled the trigger and were able to get a same day install on a much needed brand new furnace!!

Cole was on time and is an Awesome young man. Issue was resolved quickly.

Tony and Josh did an awesome job diagnosing and solving my issue. In fact they went above and beyond by not only taking care of the immediate problem, they dug in and found the root cause which has baffled another service provider for years. I highly recommend Action Air and Tony and Josh in particular!

Some of the technicians have been great and helped fix our problems versus try to sell us more. Josh, however, tried to sell us something every time he came. (We did buy a very expensive purifying system once, which I question if we really needed) He told us our AC needed replaced, still unsure if that is really the case, but we had it done elsewhere because the rates were significantly higher and we were highly pressured into making the decision same day, or the offer was off of the table. He was very rude when we said we weren’t expecting to come out of pocket right now for this and needed to think about it. He stated “well you knew this was coming.” Not understanding, or kind when you’re being told you have to spend many thousands on something unexpectedly. We no longer use action air.

They did a fantastic job. Knowing my furnace was in a difficult place Tony got the old one out and new one in and with no time everything was working. He was very knowledgeable and kept me well informed with all aspects that of the replacement. He even fixed my AC without me knowing. Great guy and great company.

Cody from Action Air did a wonderful drain clog fix for me. I used a coupon from ValPack and saved a lot over what I have paid in the past. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the service.

Cole provided a fantastic plumbing inspection - he was polite, courteous, he helped explain some issues and the best way to solve them, it felt like I was speaking to a friend instead of a sales agent. We will be continuing our HVAC and Plumbing needs with Action Air because of this experience and others like it. Cole was great, give that man a raise @Action Air! 🙏

Mark was very professional. I only called for a second opinion and despite that he was very thorough and explained everything well. As a result of his work, I will strongly consider going with Action Air. The price quoted was certainly in line with the first one I got. It will be a hard decision.

I have used Action Air a couple of times during last summer and this winter. The tech I had last summer was more familiar with my Bryant Evolution System. The tech Cam, who came to my residential home to inspect my issues, wasn't familiar with the Smart Thermostat for my Bryant system. At this current time, I have no heat using the heat pump. It can't be tested according to Cam for another month. Therefore, I am forced to rough it since I can't afford to use auxillary heat (electric furnace) to pay the high cost heating bills for another month as I was told would be the time they could come back to test the system. It could be a defrost board issue or refrigerant leakage in the coils. We won't know until it is tested. I have asked for callbacks from their manager. Not happened. I am left waiting here for whenever they get ready or if they plan to call since I have paid upfront the $89 service call, signed up for club membership, which I am sure the tech gets a commission for this item. When I called back to the company, I asked again to speak to the HVAC Service rep. He wasn't available and never returned my call. I am sure now since they received my payment, they really don't care if I get the service that is needed as soon as possible. I, now want a full reimbursement for my Chase credit card payment and I will go elsewhere for better service. All they wanted was my payment re the membership. As I have stated the tech wasn't familar with my thermostat which I explained to him how it operates. As far as looking at my heatpump unit outside he could see it was frosted over, but didn't want to go any closer to it to look at any areas of the pump. I am very disappointed in their service and how they do not take care of their customers. Especially when we are having extremely cold temps at this time. Plus, I am a senior citizen with health issues where I can't be in the cold temps for too, long. His statement to me since he didn't call me back nor have his manager do so was, "It will be a month prior to servicing your equipment even with a membership I paid upfront. This is unacceptable. I have contacted my bank, Chase, to dispute these charges. I am not paying for service that isn't being taken care of nor a service call when the heat pump wasn't inspected nor tested, along with his ignorance of understanding a Bryant Smart Thermostat. And I asked when I called in if they serviced this brand. Hayley stated on yes, all the time....What a disappointment for service to customers who can't afford to through many HVAC companies to get a competent and honest company to do honest work. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
