Erik and JP installed a full new unit at my home today. The temperatures were frigid and the job was a ton of work. I couldn't be happier with they're effort and attitudes as they made sure my family would be warm tonight. Thank you!

Also Matthew the plumber has been so great at helping us stay informed and keep things in good shape. Very great tech!

The two gentlemen Austin and Kameron were very professional and customer oriented. What an amazing job they did!! They were
quick and new exactly what they were doing. I really enjoyed meeting them! The company should be lucky to have the two gentlemen to be apart of their team 😊 Thanks

Austin Murphy and Levi deputy came out and did a total inspection for me today. They were fast and efficient and knowledgeable. Hooked me up with a five-star maintenance plan too so I'm a happy customer all the way around. I highly recommend them.

I had technician Ezekiel Guerrero review my system and check to make sure my system was working well. We caught some issues early, and were able to resolve them before we had major issues.

Ezekiel was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable of the topic

Josh Shrake was very personable and did a great job. He came to the rescue with a garbage disposal issue. Thanks Josh.

I paid for the monthly maintenance plan for about a year before deciding it just wasn't worth it. You're supposed to get priority on calls and discount on services, but I got multiple quotes from them and they were always thousands of dollars higher than other companies. We did have them install a humidifier on our furnace, the tech was there for 8 hours to the point where I was about to ask him to leave so I could put my kids to bed. When he was done I asked him about filter maintenance (how often to change, where to get them, etc) and he didn't know. Told me to call customer service and ask them. I did call and ask, the person I talked to said they would have a tech call me back to answer those questions, no one did. I ended up looking it up online. The free maintenance checks/tune ups on the AC/Furnace were nice, but at some point one of their techs removed a drain plug from the AC and the first time we turned it on this year the tray flooded in an hour and we had to shut it off. Mind you, we built our house in 2023, other than the installers Complete Comfort technicians are the only people who have touched our system. They came out to check the leak and wanted to charge us $400 for the drain plug, a $10 part from Lowes, that one of their tech's removed to begin with! I called twice requesting to talk to a manager and never heard back so finally just called and cancelled the service. Between the price gouging and lack of response from customer service/management, I don't trust them to do business honestly.

Mr. Matt Bland was very professional and educated me on a lot of things so I am looking forward to my next check up! Thank you!

Chad was pleasant, efficient, and courteous providing a routine service. He is a veteran so what more can be said?

Very dissappointing - last year I paid for a service to have some preventative maintenance done which I was told would include flushing of my water heater. The first time I had someone out to do a review of systems - the person they sent really was searching for things to fix and it was very suspicious watching him sitting and not doing anything for about 40 minutes with my furnace.
Now this time I realized I might have a service they would cover - and had them send a guy out to do the flush of my water heater. The young guy was nice enough but his experience level and his confidence was minimal. I literally got nothing out of him being here. Now I am left without the service I paid for and without a flush of my water heater. My heater install is as simple as can be and in the easiest possible place to work on. I am not sure what the point of paying for a professional to do a service if the company won't send someone who can get the job done. Very irritating and frustrating.

I did try and call back as requested by the owner but the answering service said there was no way to link me to them. But this should be a warning to home owners. There are plenty of highly rated reviews here - and yet - my experience is that 2 times this company sent out young fellas who were nice enough. But these young fellas really did not have anough experience to get the job done. So consider that I did pay extra for a years worth of preventative maintenance and I have gotten nothing to show for it. I really see this as a fishing expedition to get people to spend money on services they don't need. So my advice is to keep your guard up and consider someone else for your plumbing and heating needs.

Chapman was our technician today. He flushed our tankless water heater and inspected all our plumbing for any areas of concern. He was very courteous and did a great job explaining everything! We have had Complete Comfort do many updates in our home. We highly recommend them.

Potential customers beware! We recently had complete comfort come to our house to review a construction project prior to our build. We met with their design specialist to ensure that our plan for our HVAC system would work as intended. They verified that according to our plans and the build that the system would function appropriately and provided us with a quote. We staged the project and had one full system installed for our existing house with a plan to have the second system installed in the addition once it was built. Our initial system installation went well, but we are now having problems with that system and are unable to get a resolution (they are attempting to fix but have not been able to). The larger issue is we called them to begin the second half of the project and now they are saying that what we planned to do and was quoted is not possible it cannot be done and the quote was not accurate. My husband has been trying to contact the manager and/or owner and has made countless phone calls, leaving messages and he is always promised a call back from the manager or the owner. Everyone keeps telling him that they will have “him” call us back, but “he” will not. They will say “I just saw him he will call you right back” yet no call. We have been trying to get someone to communicate with us for weeks so that we can continue our project and not only will they not take our calls they will not return our calls and they refuse to explain why they are unable to do the project as previously stated or honor their initial quote. We are now back to square one having to start over with a new company to try to get this project completed. The customer service and communication has been terrible. They were great while we were agreeing to hire them and when we wrote them the first check for payment but beyond that they will not even speak to us. If they made a mistake we would like for someone to admit to it and just say they made a mistake. The refusal to call us back and lack of communication is frustrating. As long as your project goes well you may be fine but if anything goes wrong they do not have integrity and will not own it or communicate.

It was a horrible experience with them. I would not advise anyone to transact business or hire them for any plumbing work. They did not represent customers interest in any circumstances.

Highly recommend Chapman! We had him out for our yearly maintenance and service. He was thorough in inspecting everything, even going above and beyond for checking some things. He’s helpful with maintenance tips, overall very knowledgeable, and just a nice person to talk to and trust in your home. We really appreciate the great customer service, Complete Comfort! And what a great asset Chapman is to your team.

I just wanted to say thanks to Chad for a great job, he was respectful. Gave me suggestions on my furnace. Even changed my filter for me. Customer for life.

Customer Service is clearly not their #1 Priority!

Recently had an issue with our AC unit that Complete Comfort had installed just 6 years ago. Doing some troubleshooting myself, I had realized the capacitor was the likely cause. When the service tech arrived we discussed the issues I had seen and when they tested the capacitor (a $2-3K cost), it was bad and needed replaced.

However, the unit was still not fully starting up. The tech said it must be the compressor and it would need replaced. Then, another worker had to come out to give an assessment and quote replacement costs. But, they said the compressor could not be replaced and a new unit would be needed, at a cost of $12K.

I reached out to some other companies to get quotes and 1 called back immediately. They said, of course they could just replace the compressor as they are still in use and replacement parts are still made. Their tech also mentioned if a kickstart had been used, but that had not been done, so I said no. He came out immediately to see if that may work and noticed that the new capacitor had been wired incorrectly. He switched the wires to the correct positions and the compressor immediately started back up.

It was clear that the Complete Comfort tech had made a simple mistake, but it almost cost me $12K instead of the $120 service call for the new company. I'm glad I called them and they will be getting my business in the future.

I thought 1 year same as cash, means just that. I paid it off in 4 months and was charged a $$768 undisclosed fee above and beyond the purchase price. They have not cut me a check yet.I confirmed with the finance department, they are NO fees with a 1 year plan. Scammers!

Your techs never turned my furnace back on when they left. My functioning furnace now sounds like a freight train when I turn it on and doesn't function at all. Your techs are incompetent and I have reached the end of my patience. This is third major issue i have had and this company. My house is now 64 and dropping. What kind of tech doesn’t turn a unit back on and ensure it works???? My unit kept home comfortably at 70 before they showed up!!!!

Edit - Tech came back in AM. He had forgot to plug in my capacitor. Sorry for the “rookie mistake.” My house was 58 degrees last night. I am appreciative the kid was apologetic, but pretty frustrated to have to deal with another issue. This same company also no showed me two straight days this past summer to replace a hot water heater and forced me to pay a premium to have repairs done elsewhere on weekend.

Was told one thing and they did something else. Had to call a different plumber. It cost a lot of $$$. Do not use them.
