Ryan did a great job and did a detailed look at the system and checked the appropriate items to diagnose the board replacement need. He was personable, detail oriented and knowledgeable and didn't have a problem with discussing everything he did as he did the work. This was quite the opposite of my recent poor experience with Peterman Brothers technician Collin.

I am happy with the service we received today and will request Ryan for future needs and maintenance of our HVAC system.

Andrew did an amazing job. Installed a new water heater and an expansion tank. He cleaned up the space and we are thrilled with the result. He is very personable and explained everything while offering us options. We will continue to use him as our one stop plummer.

Andrew came out today to do an inspection of our whole home plumbing. It was very informative. He did see some issues and gave me options to fix the situation.

Andrew was out recently to fix some faulty water valves. He made sure I knew what he was going to do to fix the issues. Andrew is very pleasant to work with in addition to being very knowledgeable. His work was great and he’ll be back out this week to install a new toilet and faucets. I definitely would highly recommend Andrew and Star for your plumbing and HVAC needs. We have been customers of Star for HVAC purposes for 13 years and have always been pleased with their customer service and knowledge.

Ryan is a very friendly and courteous guy that is very knowledgeable in his field. Diagnosed a bad heat exchanger that led to a new furnace. Installation followed with a very clean replacement. Had some problems with loud airflow noise. He again assessed the situation and dove in and resolved the problem with a couple hours of further work. The whole experience was very pleasant with the end result of what we were looking for.

We contacted STAR to have a plumber come out to check a leak. Andrew was thorough with his assessment, checking and ruling out multiple possibilities. He found the source of the leak, and then he surprised me. Instead of recommending the repair, he recommended I contact insurance for water damage assistance because the overall repair would likely replace his fix anyway. He saved me from paying for the repair twice. He only charged me for his assessment, gave me practical and professional advice, and was great to chat with as well.

We have been on the STAR maintenance plan for at least ten years and now they have added plumbing to one of their plans. The first 86 point plumbing inspection we received gave us a great guideline for getting our home up to standards in case we were to move. This visit we had our main water cut of valve serviced. Andrew installed the valve which made it easier to use and easier to see how it all flows.

We had STAR come out and complete our kitchen reno by hooking up our dishwasher and sink. Andrew did amazing and was very thorough! Looking to schedule with them again for a water softener install. Thanks!

I contracted STAR to install a Heat Pump system that I purchased myself. I was put into contact with STAR through that system's manufacturer, via an installer referral program of theirs.

The price was great compared to other estimates I got, and they were quick to get to work. The installation went great and the team was as honest as they come, never trying to sell me on anything extra and being very clear. The system is installed, working, and they've been easy to keep in touch with for follow up. Payment was also very smooth.

Andrew and Jake were just wonderful. I was in need of a new humidifier for my system. They were very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options. Above all they were reasonably priced. They turned a one Star review into a five star. There was a miscommunication, where I was asking for a second opinion, and they wanted to charge me to come out. That got resolved. They charged me 300 for a job that Mister Quik was charging me 1400 for. Mister Quik didn't even solve the problem. STAR came to my rescue. The technician and the sales guy who came out where both great. The sales guy didn't try to oversell me. They both were extremely respectful, and understood how hard of a time that I had with the other company.

Due to how nice they were. I signed up for their yearly tuneup program.

They solved my leaking flue that same day that I called. They now have a customer for life. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC stuff done.

We had a great service experience with Star Heating & Cooling from start to finish. They were quick to handle our furnace problems during the recent cold front. After analyzing all options, we chose to replace our old unit with a new one and Star was able to have all parts and service availability with a rapid turnaround time frame for us. Project: Upgrading tub shower and trim, plus making a change to a popup assembly.
Andrew provided the estimate and also was the service technician. During the estimate he was informative with recommendations. Based on his guidance, we supplied the applicable parts.
Andrew arrived timely and the final installation exceeded my expectations. Especially the care taken in removing a section of the drywall, and later when he secured that section, which will make ours final drywall repairs much easier. We were quite pleased with a stress free upgrade.
