Beau, greeted me. Came in and checked the thermostat then went to the furnace. He let me know when he was done and told me everything looked good. Very professional and pleasant.

Action Air sent Mike T to tune our furnace. He did a GREAT job!!! He explained his actions and answered all our questions.

Cody was an absolute pleasure to work with. He walked us through the gas tankless water heater and softener we needed and even helped us locate a proper restoration company for the water damage we had.

Tyler has been very helpful in teaching us how our system works and what we can do to make it run most efficiently.

Very professional and respectful of my time. They showed up right when they said they would and took the time to explain everything clearly. The technician answered all my questions without rushing and made sure I understood all my options.

We had our unit die in the middle of a hot night. Josh from Action Air came out earlier than expected and was very professional and polite. I especially appreciated him covering his shoes, other companies didn’t care in our prior experience! Josh with Action Air was thorough explaining what was wrong, made recommendations and got us taken care of in record time. With Josh’s help and expertise we were able to bundle our repairs and add a purifier and saved a lot of money. Not only that but he helped sign us up for a $500 raffle. Outstanding customer service! A huge contrast to other companies we worked with prior to this. I would highly recommend this company and their services!

Dallas and the team did a great job of replacing my main shut off valve and replacing the cast iron stack in a timely manner yesterday. When we had some water pressure issues today, he came out first thing to check out and fix the problem. Thank you!

Beau did a great job on maintenance and gave us good information on how to maximize our efficiency and properly maintain our hvac system.

Used the plumbing side of Action Air and it was great! Cody came out and was very professional. He listened to my concerns and described exactly what he thought the best solution was. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would recommend to anyone!

Cody was awesome. He did a thorough job and helped me investigate an issue with surging water pressure. We developed a pathway forward, and I will pursue it. Also explained what to look for as our water softener ages.

Excellent customer consideration shown by adding booties after 4 inches of snow fell last night..Very courteous and polite during the plumbing service call. So efficient!

I am always nervous about our bi-annual maintenance on our air conditioning and furnace, but Tyler always explains everything he's doing. He does not try to pressure us into buying a new system. We do discuss the age of our system, but no pressure. He has built trust with us. We will try and request him for all future calls, as we have been lied to before. Our air conditioner has run perfectly for 3 summers past the time a service man told us it would not last the summer; trying to sell us a new one. It's hard to trust anyone, but we trust Tyler. Action Air; thank you.
