Quality HVAC, LLC (Jaco) was an absolute pleasure to work with from giving us a quote through the entire install of a new HVAC system. He is professional yet congenial and loves what he does and is passionate about it. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all the questions we had before and during install. We are happy to add him to our "trades" file😊.

Save yourself frustration and expense and just call Jaco. Trust me. I had been frustrated with uneven heating from my 3 thermostat system since buying my house, including getting no heat or A/C flow in half of my second floor. After freezing all weekend (again) I called Jaco and he not only answered the phone himself, he followed up promptly and even was able to get me in on the same day! He thoroughly explained what he was doing, fixed, tested and retested the solution to make sure it was really actually fixed, and then went above and beyond in doing further inspection and cleaning of my system, all at a price that was a fraction of what they "big" HVAC companies would have been.
He's a small, owner-operated business and is local to Fishers who does such a great job that referrals and repeat clients keep him busy...and I see why now after working with him myself. I'm glad I have "my HVAC guy" now and will be trusting him for any future needs in my home.

We could not be any happier with the service that we received from Jaco. He did an outstanding job installing our furnace, and he was very thorough during the whole process. We are so happy that we found such a great guy who cares about his customer. Thanks so much for letting us use the portable air conditioner. It saved us!! The bad news is our furnace went out during the coldest week of the year! The great news, we found Jaco (pronounced ya-Cho). He came out right away and was able to get the unit partially working so we didn’t freeze until a part came in. So thankful for that!! He also serviced another unit we needed to have looked okay. Very reliable, reasonable and an excellent communicator! So glad we have someone we can trust to help us out! 💯 recommended!!!

Quality HVAC Heating & Services came to my home today, went above and beyond the call of duty in workmanship repairs. I contacted Jaco on Monday, he responded as we texted each other regarding the work. He showed up promptly at 9 as he mentioned he would the day before. First, he was extremely punctual, honest, hardworking and attention to details. I requested his service to provide heat for my dining room. He quoted me an extremely reasonable price. When the job was done, he went above and beyond repairing 2 storm doors and installing a water filter pad for my humidifier also. I will definitely share his contact information with others as Jean outstanding HAVC company.

Can’t recommend Jaco with Quality HVAC enough! He had great communication leading up to our appointment, arrived on time, and was very kind and courteous throughout the appointment. What I appreciate most though is his honesty—my husband and I will be turning to him for all of our future HVAC needs because we know we can trust him. We called him out to do a repair on our whole-home humidifier. We had already been told by another larger company exactly what repairs needed to be done, but because their quote seemed really high, we got a second opinion from Jaco who came in at a much more reasonable price. Once here, Jaco got to work inspecting it & actually showed me the unit was functional! The repairs the other company had recommended weren’t necessary at all. He was kind enough to clear the water line, install a new filter, and only charged a small fee for his time. Now our unit is running great. Quality guy & quality service!

Jaco is extremely professional, has excellent communication, shows up on time and takes extreme pride in his work!
Our air went out a few weeks ago with temps in the 90’s and our house was 78 degrees with 72% humidity. He brought over his portable AC unit to cool it down so we could sleep.
We went with a gas furnace and he followed up multiple times to check on the gas line, which he ended up doing as well.
He is the best contractor I have ever worked with and his work is exceptional! I would HIGHLY recommend him!

IRM was very helpful to us as we tried to address findings from our home sale inspection. Instead of contacting several different contractors for one-off random jobs (plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc), they were able to knock everything out in a single morning for a very reasonable price. They were very professional and courteous.

I have gotten help from IRM when I closed on the house about a year ago. Because they were great, IRM did two more jobs for us in a year. They are honest and good group of people who know what they are doing. I plan to continue working with them! Keep up the good work Shane, Dave and John!

We were expected to have 4 days of fixes, but the IRM team managed it in 2. This helped our timeline of moving a great deal. The team was courteous and informed us of any changes and walked us through their fixes at the end. I will be sure to send tell my friends how great IRM is to work with.

The crew of Inspection Response Management does high quality work. They are friendly and communicate well by keeping you informed as the job progresses. The owner Dave Roberts is very easy to work with through the entire process from quoting the job through completion of the work. The work was completed in a timely manner and there were no surprises. I would definitely use them again.

I recently called because of a clogged kitchen drain. The lady who answered and set up the appointment was friendly and efficient. The Cody, the plumber was very nice, punctual, solved the problem quickly and was informative. I also greatly appreciate the text message sent that said they were on their way along with the name and photo of the plumber. That's a great idea! I highly recommend this company.
