Jaco, the owner/operator, had excellent communication and gave great service. My AC had gone out and he let me know it would be a few days before he could stop by. I decided I could wait. He let me know when he would be arriving and arrived on time!

He was very professional and personable. He explained to me what he was doing, which I always appreciate.

When the first stage of troubleshooting and replacement parts didn’t solve the issue, we had a serious discussion on options. In the end, mainly due to my knowledge that “they don’t build them like they used to,” we agreed we’d try another part versus a complete system replacement.

Happy to say that my 34 year old unit lives to see another day! Choooo chooo!

TLDR:Pricing was fair, communication was good, determination was excellent. Would highly recommend giving Jaco a call over the “big names.” His word is his warranty and I can attest that it’s solid.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Quality HVAC! I woke up on a Saturday morning to a dead furnace. I remembered seeing Jaco Braja with Quality HVAC being recommended by several homeowners on the Nextdoor app, so I looked him up and contacted him that same morning. Despite it being a Saturday, Jaco was at my home 2 hours later and quickly diagnosed the problem.

After having already poured money into furnace repairs the previous two winters, and knowing my furnace was already 15 years old and only getting older, I decided to completely replace both my furnace and AC (10 years old) at the same time.

Jaco ordered my equipment on Monday, which was delivered on Tuesday, and he worked until almost 10:00 p.m. to make sure I had heat that night.

He proved to be honest, reliable, personable, hard-working, and VERY FAIR on his pricing for both the equipment and labor.

I don't expect to need any HVAC service for a while now :), but I know who I'm calling when I do...!

I met Jaco with Quality HVAC after my heater broke during the last cold snap. The heat exchanger cracked and was beyond repair and I essentially needed a completely new system. I called 2 other well-known companies in the area and got quotes before being lucky enough
to find Jaco's number on the Nextdoor app.

He stood out because of the number of unsolicited positive reviews that he has there. There are many.

Those reviews were absolutely spot on.

The people at the larger companies felt more like used-car salesmen to me. It quickly became evident Jaco at Quality HVAC was an honest man who was more knowledgeable than the workers from the other companies.

He proved to be INCREDIBLY good at what he does.

He stayed late on a very large job that should probably should have taken 2 days so that he could finish it so we would not have to be without heat for another night (we are super greatful). He also follows up to make sure thingshe are going well.

The HVAC system in my house works ten times better than it did even before it broke. It feels like a different house now. The floors heat evenly now and the air gets diverted to the right place in the home. Other people working on the system previously could not fix this.

And comparing apples to apples versus the larger companies with regard to price, Quality HVAC saved ALOT of money. The system he installed was virtually identical (literally the same model number) to one offered by another company so we had a direct comparison.

We also feel way more comfortable with Jaco in our home rather than then the random sketchy guy you might get with big companies.

I would strongly encourage anyone needing a new HVAC or related services to contact this man. If you call a big company first, call him for a second oppinion or to get a quote to compare to the other guys. You will be very glad that you did.

I highly recommend Quality HVAC. Jaco is fantastic. Very professional , honest and cares about his clients. His work is excellent and he is there to fix a problem not up charge you for things not needed. Call him you won’t regret it!

Hired Jaco to do take care of the HVAC for my basement finishing project. He was priced fair and his work was impeccable. Attention to every detail even though he could have cut corners and I likely wouldn't have known any better. Would hire again for any future work.

My AC stopped working on an 85 degree day in May 2025. I called Jaco on a Thursday. He inspected immediately and ordered parts to repair and completed the work on Saturday, less than 2 days later. Jaco is quick, proficient and honest. He’s highly knowledgeable and even educated me a bit on my HVAC system. I highly recommend Jaco for any HVAC needs.

My air conditioner stopped working on Thursday. I called Jaco Friday morning and asked if would come check out my air conditioner. He said he had another job but he would come. He kept his word and came after hours in the hot heat, diagnosed my problem within 10-15 mins. He fixed the problem and my air conditioner was running again. I highly recommend Quality HVAC. Jaco was very kind and informative.

My first interaction with Jaco from Quality HVAC was back in June when he did an AC tune up to ready my system for the summer which needed to be done since it's probably original to my townhome which is 20 years old. I was instantly impressed with his professionalism, communication and kind demeanor. He was efficient and did a great job!
My second interaction was today when he came to my rescue on a 90+ degree day when my AC had been out for 36 hours. My landlord originally reached out to another company (Jay's LLC) to come out to fix things yesterday but they couldn't get me in until today. The other company did not communicate whatsoever and when my arrival time came and went with a no call no show I was desperate! I encouraged my landlord to reach out to someone else quickly. Jaco responded within 5 minutes and was willing to come over after already working all day at 9 pm. He was so kind and quickly had things up and running again! I am so grateful to him as my daughter is recovering from surgery and it was 88 degrees in my home when he arrived! What a kind soul to come out so late the night before a holiday! If you use his service you won't be disappointed! I cannot recommend him enough! I'd give him 10 stars if I could!!!!!

Yesterday, our thermostat suddenly stopped working. I ran through all the usual troubleshooting steps, but nothing helped. Thinking it might be an air filter issue, I went to check, and that’s when I discovered water leaking from our air handler, filling the drain pan and starting to soak the floor.

Not sure what to do next, I followed a recommendation from someone on the Nextdoor app and reached out to Jaco at Quality HVAC LLC. He arrived just two hours later, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained everything in a way that made sense. What really impressed me was that he never once tried to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. On top of that, he took the time to show me how to clear a clogged pipe myself, so I’d know how to handle it in the future without needing to call for service. He was knowledgeable, honest, and efficient; exactly the kind of professional you want when dealing with home repairs.

While I hope I won’t need HVAC repairs again anytime soon, if I do, Quality HVAC LLC will be the first call I make. Highly, highly recommend!

We were so pleased with Jaco and Quality HVAC! He did great work, didn't try to oversell us something that we didn't need, and communicated everything along the way. We got the exact same Lennox system that one of the big companies quoted for much less, and the personal service was great! Highly recommend!

Jaco is an honest, hard working, independent HVAC contractor who takes great pride in his work. He responds quickly, arrives on time and does great work! He serviced our furnace after a flood and just finished central A/C service. He also does a good job of education to prevent HVAC problems. NO UPSELLING like big companies do.
