The salesman who came out was extremely helpful he knew what I wanted. I had messaged the landscape would be river rock. I got notified that mulch would be used. I notified Jason Doyle to make sure we were on the same page. I asked for small river rock he seemed upset with my request he told me well it’s going to cost you more!! Then
I asked if they would plant 2 hydrangeas when working on the landscape. He got loud and told me he would not make anymore changes for me!! He had to change the work order 3x’s !!! I spent over $2600, I considered canceling due to his attitude!! I worked in customer service 34 years and a satisfied customer is a repeat customer . Work was delayed 1 day due to someone’s child was sick. The plants were not centered and one bush was almost a foot in front of another. Sorry I would not refer your company to anyone. Worst customer service by one man Jason Doyle

The landscaping was great. Everything looks very nice. Jason was a great help and was so kind about checking things for me. He even came by and did me a personal favor by picking up some limbs from a tree when it stormed. I would definitely hire them again.

Fine Touch Services just finished part one of our plan to add more native plants to our yard. They accommodated our tight schedule, (which was much appreciated) as they cleanly enlarged a few planting beds, removed dying plants, and added fresh mulch. Within hours we had a neighbor commenting on how great it looked, and this was before the new plants went in!
