We are very happy our services from Fine Touch. As a Master Gardener I am very picky about how my beds are mulched and weeded and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Communication was excellent with check ins between scheduling and date of service (they were not available immediately which was a good sign - I worry when a business is not very busy!). The crew was great and I will definitely hire them again.

Fine Touch Services did an amazing job cleaning up the landscape around our home. In particular, refurbishing our hardscape areas and bringing our water feature back to life again!!!

I had high hopes for Fine Touch but they did not live up to expectations. Communication has been minimal throughout the project (a simple patio and adding stairs to an existing deck), with workers showing up at our home with no notice. The first time, they came after 5pm to outline the deck and we were not home to speak with them since we had no idea they were coming. The space outlined was all wrong and had to be corrected when the crew showed up the next morning to actually do the work. The crew cut through our internet line, which was not outlined, nearly immediately. My husband and I work from home so this severely impacted our jobs. We had to call to have it fixed by AT&T and thankfully, they didn’t charge for the repairs. Once the concrete was poured, I was told it would be about 5 days before they could add the stairs so the concrete had time to set. 5 days later, I received a text that they would be there Thursday of that week. Nobody showed. I reached out Friday and again Monday to follow up. Finally, on Tuesday I was told somebody would be there the next “evening” to finish up (now 2 weeks post concrete pour). Midday Tuesday, employees showed up, again with no warning except the text from the day before. My husband and I had evening plans and left before the work was finished. We assumed they had not finished since the stairs do not look finished (no railing or back boards) and would be back the next day but we were heading out of town and unable to monitor the situation. I received the final invoice the next day and assumed the work had been completed. We just returned home and the stairs look the same as they did a week ago - unfinished.

This is has been a 6 week saga to just get a concrete pad and some deck stairs put in. I would not recommend working with this company. The lack of communication and accountability throughout this project has been incredibly frustrating and irritating.

Fine Touch Services provided quality service using skid steer and harley rake to level out our gravel driveway. Salvador was a pro! They worked around our schedule to do the job when we were home.

It was a pleasure to work with Fine Touch Services. We had them replace two retaining walls and concrete patio, and the quality of their work was excellent. Jake was very responsive and helpful in drawing up the initial estimate and he communicated with us throughout the project. The crew did a great job, worked diligently to minimize the project duration, and cleaned up the site upon completion of the work. They explained the process and answered any questions we had, and were happy to coordinate the work with the deck company since we were replacing that as well. We highly recommend Fine Touch Services!

Have a ridiculous amount of leaves and Fine Touch showed up with all the manpower and tools to the job perfectly. Cleaned out window wells, fence rows and vacuumed everything up and left our yard in perfect condition. Will use every year.

Not only did they do great work, but they also communicated very well especially with the weather being so unpredictable.

I can’t say enough good things about Fine Touch Services out in Fishers, Indiana. These guys are always on point — super punctual, responsive, and the quality of work is consistently top-tier. I typically hit up the crew for lawn care, which they always knock out flawlessly, but recently I needed a deck built and they absolutely delivered. Not only was the turnaround time impressive, but the finished product was flawless — clean, sturdy, and exactly what I had envisioned. Highly recommend these fellas for any outdoor project. Professional, reliable, and just good people all around.

Fine touch crew did an awesome job on my landscape project. They came out on a very hot day(90) in the morning and worked until the job was finished at 7:30 pm that evening. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to do their Landscaping project.

Malcolm and Pat showed up on time, and did quality work on my papered driveway, BUT ALSO filled in some EXTRA cracks with some of the supplies that weren't fully utilized. They also did some tweaking at my request without hesitation. I would easily want to use Fine Touch again!

Fine Touch has been doing mulch and my other landscape needs for a couple of years now. The team is easy to work with and their price is reasonable.

Great Experience with everyone. Starting with Malcolm to all the installers. This was a major update to all the landscaping around the house. They were on time, worked diligently and everyone was professional. The over 120 plants are all doing well. There were a few that were stressed out, but they quickly replaced them, no problem. Definitely would recommend.

Final Touch did a great job on my patio project. Felipe the installer did an excellent job. He and his assistant worked hard and were able to create a patio around my Sunroom that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Felipe and Final Touch for future projects. Great customer service.

Nice work and reasonable price. Made time to squeeze me in. Had a couple of adjustments that needed to be made but they made good on the work.

Fine Touch Services did an excellent job at my home where they set sod, power washed my house and deck, and removed a tree with stump grinding. The work was done well and in a timely manner from the estimate to the final payment. The very best part of my experience was that they kept in touch with me! This is a very rare thing for any contractor to do!

I was shopping for new landscaping services and was looking for a small company feel. Someone who could provide all services like landscaping, maintenance, mowing, trees, etc. We met at my house to talk scope of work and quotes. Everyone I met with was friendly, willing to help, and didn’t try and sell me additional services. I will continue to hire them.
