I highly recommend SERVPRO. We have had a couple of times where we have had water damage to the building where I work and SERVPRO cleaned them up. This last time, SERVPRO showed up within an hour of calling them. They are always thorough and professional. They are so great to work with during a stressful time. This last job we had the team members Caleb, Corey, Walter, Sean and Jake here, and they were awesome.

Nick and Jake are totally awesome. So caring and very knowledgeable. They both made us feel very comfortable during this whole process of a flooded basement. They are highly recommended .

A few weeks ago I had water damage in the finished basement. Servpro, Nicholas, arrived at 11 pm to start the restoration on a Sunday night. Nicholas and or Jake worked together for over a week to remedy the damage and I can’t tell you how please I was with their professionalism, kindness, thoroughness and respect for my home. Thank you Nick and Jake for everything.

Servpro was polite and on time. They always introduced themselves and explained everything prior to the services. My sheepdog especially loved Jarrell and Jarrell was so kind to him (the other technicians were too) Cruze just took a special liking to him ☺️. Nick was great too! We will definitely use them in the future if another problem arises. Thank you to Nick, Jarrell and project manager Tyler for making our basement dry.

Our insurance recommended ServPro as a trusted provider in town. We reached out to them on Saturday evening, and they promptly arranged to start work on Sunday morning. Over the course of the week, working with Project Manager Tyler Coats and crew members Sean Coats, Jake, and Sabrina was seamless. They communicated clearly, planned meticulously, and executed all tasks as outlined. They also conducted daily check-ins and made necessary adjustments. Every employee we interacted with was professional and courteous throughout the entire process.

Nick and Jake were very professional and knowledgeable. Communicated throughout the whole process. Got my basement dried out after a few days. Could tell they were stretched thin with all the rain we got, but always felt like a priority.

Dealt with Jason and Nick for water mitigation both super professional reassuring fast acting and thorough. Dealt with another mitigation company in the past and the experiences were TOTALLY different. Would only ever use serve pro again. Thanks again guys!

Work is done to satisfaction, but timeframe leaves much to be desired. We had a fairly small project that took approx. 7 weeks to complete in which we could have had done in about 10-14 days contracting ourselves. Long wait times from one subcontracted job to another. The other thing I would be happy to see is more transparency related to expected costs. Don’t really know anything throughout the process until work is completed and then given a final bill…..and that can be a somewhat unexpected surprise, as it was in our case. I would suggest shopping around before deciding on ServPro.

SERVPRO Ft Wayne was quick to my response as our basement had water in it and we needed it cleaned/dried quickly. From Simon coming out and walking through things as well as Sean and Walt coming in. Sean was very knowledgeable and communicated clearly on what was needing done and executed it efficiently. Walt and Sean were very timely and efficient in set up and clean up and pleasant to work with. Thank you for making a stressful situation less stressful and being so helpful!!

We had an excellent experience with Servpro with cleaning our house, vents, furnace, and every surface from a mold issue. Nick and his crew were great! Had a pipe freeze and burst in the garage. They came out immediately and started to take care of the damage, drying everything and removing all the insulation and drywall. Everything was clean, covered in plastic, and very professional. The communication was great and I always was kept in the loop. Great service, professionalism, and customer service!

Started out rough. Team was late and I had to call to find out where they were instead of them calling me to tell me they were going to be late. Once they got here and got working they were very professional and courteous.

Flooded basement job Overall great experience. Project manager Jason Gomez got out to my house same day I called! Crew members Caleb and Walter were out to the house very next day. Water remediation came the same day I called and each day afterwards until everything was dried out or removed. They called each day to let us know they were on their way. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional employees, Caleb and Rick!
