Very quick to respond despite COVID restrictions, where other companies simply refused! Water damage was addressed and cleaned up in reasonable amount of time, and WaterOut handled everything with my difficult insurance company. Only one issue in entire process, and this was rectified immediately. I have no complaints!

Eric and Logan came to my home today and cleaned my carpeted areas in my home that we had requested. Excellent job!! Very friendly and very professional!! Will definitely request these two again for my future business!! Thank you!!

I have had Water Out come and clean my carpets twice and both times the techs were very courteous and always helpful in answer all of my questions and demands. I am an insurance agent and will always recommend WaterOut to all of my clients first who experience water damage to their home.

We had a water pipe bust in our garage and it flooded a portion of our living room. My insurance suggested water out. I was quoted much higher than what I actually paid. Dorian was great he communicated everything with me and took off anything on my bill that wasn't absolutely necessary. He even took off another $70 off our final bill. These guys are definetly on my list of people of call again.

We have recommended Water Out to our customers on a regular basis. Their technicians are professional and polite. The company keeps us updated on the progress on each job. If the customer has a concern, they address it right away. This is an excellent company to work with.

Finished basement flooded (2+ inches of standing water). Called a few places and they couldn't get to us for quite a while. Called Americlean and they had crews out at other jobs, but got to us within a few hours. Their team was highly impressive. Very professional, thorough, and responsive. I had many items of significant value that had to be moved so they could clean. I had no worries about the items not being secured due to the professionalism of their team. Five stars for Ben Miller (Project Manager) and his team that worked at our house.

I hope this never happens again... but if it does, there is no doubt I will be calling the team at Americlean.

Water Out is extremely quick to respond, professional and extremely good at what they do. Their technicians are highly experienced and can assess damages quickly followed by needed repairs. I refer a lot of folks to Water Out via Linda Kelly for she always gets back to me immediately and takes care of my clients perfectly.

I have gotten to visit their facility and I can say they are organized, clean and very professional. I have now had them clean the carpets in my house twice and i have pretty old carpet and two dogs. They did a great job getting my carpets clean and had a friendly and excited attitude while they cleaned.

This was supposed to be the third time they did work for me. Both previous times were before Homeyownerged with Water Out. Two weeks ago I scheduled the appointment for 8am for $245. Their employees show up today 35 minutes late with a bill for $285! I was going to overlook the fact that they were late and continue with their services, then I saw the bill. When I called the dispatcher, she agreed to the original amount, but wouldn't discount it for the techs being late. She then stated that she originally told me that the techs would arrive between 8am and 10am in our original conversation. When I attempted to correct her on this, she became very unprofessional. I then stated that I would not have agreed to that because we needed to be out by 9:40am. They wouldn't agree to a discounted price, I gave them the boot out my door!

After a very unfortunate event of our basement flooding 3 weeks after moving into our new home, Water Out was extremely quick, helpful, professional and organized through the entire process!

Being first time home buyers and new to the whole process, Chad and team were so helpful and informative. We called Water Out the night that we found the flood and they responded and were able to come out to the house a couple hours later that same night! Water Out's quick response time allowed the damages to be minimal and we were able to salvage everything except our baseboards.

If we are ever to experience a flood again (hopefully not!), I would absolutely work with Water Out again in the future.

Water-Out was quick to respond to my emergency but After work was completed I felt Water-Out tried to add additional days without my authorization! Company is not transparent. Price was extremely high for the work that was done! Will not do business with them again and will not recommend them!

This business was recommended to me and I am glad I went with them. After over a foot of a water/sewage back-up in my basement, Water Out really did a great job. My basement actually smells clean and the musty smell prior to the clean-up is gone. Thank you!

I have used this company so many times! They have helped us during 2 floods that happened from a leaking garage disposal and when a pipe burst near our bathroom. During those occurrences, it was a late evening call both times and they were so prompt when coming to help extract the water and dry everything out. I also use them for carpet cleaning twice a year and as a dog lover, they are great for scrubbing out the stains! I have also used them for grout cleaning when I didn't realize how dirty my grout really was but after they cleaned, I was amazed how nice it looked! They have always been professional when calling the office and at my house. I will always recommend this company to anyone! 5 stars for sure!!

I talked to Chris when I had a leak in my ceiling through all this cold weather. He came out within 30 minutes even though they were very busy and was super helpful and reassuring. After checking out the damage he ended up telling us we wouldn't require their services. I so appreciated him checking it out so quickly and for helping us figure out what we needed to do next.

Sean and Justin arrived at my home on time to clean my air ducts. They were respectful to my home. They wore booties and even protected the walls from their hoses. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them and this company.
