Constraction reviews in Fort Wayne, Indiana

I called several places to get quotes to have new siding put on the front of my house. Maumee was the only one who actually took the time to come to my house and explain in detail what needed to be done. The work is top notch, we couldn’t be happier with the finished work. The best thing is they always kept me informed never any surprises. Their prices were comparable, service was superb

I recently had Maumee replace my roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters. Many things were not up to par. (Damaged j channel, a sagging eave they said would be fixed, all gutters holding water and a few other things) They said they would fix those things, awesome, however not the fascia that is bowing out on the front of my house. The fascia they replaced! There is a half inch gap between the gutter and the fascia. When I brought this up I was told that it wasn’t their problem and that I would need to pay $450 to have it fixed. The fascia board was broke (see photo) but instead of replacing it, they instead slapped fascia over it and called it a day. They had the material to fix it, since they fixed it on other spots on the house. I paid over 30k to have this work done, and they can’t eat $450 of their own money to fix their mess up, absolutely unbelievable.

Very easy to work with. Fast results! My complex roof project was done in one day! Price and warranty were exceptional.

Hard working crew of guys. They did a fine, efficient job on my roof. Cleared all debris away. The crew were respectful of my property and also of me, which is sometimes a rarity. Price was fair, too.

I had siding that slipped down overnight and I was concerned about having it repaired quickly before another rain storm. I called Maumeeriver and Brandon England was there the next day. He pushed it back into place and took the time and trouble to explain the condition of my 30 yr old siding. If and when I decide to replace my siding Brandon will be the person I call.

Maumee River Roofing replaced our roof this spring and we were extremely happy with the job they did. Chase was great during the quote process. He thourougly explained all our options and gave great suggestions. Aaron led the crew on install day and his level of communication and responsiveness to questions was top notch. The entire roof was done in one day and everything was cleaned up and put back in place before they left. We would definitely recommend Maumee River Roofing!!! Thanks so much, we love our new roof.

Maumee River Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof this spring, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From the very beginning, Chase made the quoting process easy and informative—he thoroughly explained all our options and offered thoughtful, helpful suggestions. On installation day, Aaron and his crew were fantastic. Aaron’s communication was excellent, and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. The entire roof was completed in just one day, and the team made sure everything was cleaned up and put back in place before they left.

Megan and the owner, Sam, were also a delight to work with—friendly, professional, and clearly committed to making sure everything went smoothly. We’re thrilled with how everything turned out and highly recommend Maumee River Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. Thank you again—we absolutely love our new roof!

A great company to use for your roofing project. From beginning to end everything was flawless. Starting with the salesman Brandon to the on job supervisor Aaron I was kept up to date throughout. Leah the data administrator kept me informed and helped us pick out our colors. I would definitely recommend and use for my next project. Thank you Maumee River Roofing!

Very happy with the experience from initially meeting with Chase through the final walkthrough. Price was reasonable and competitive. We are pleased that we chose Maumee River.

I would highly recommend using Maumee River Roofing for your new roof. Shawn came out and provided a folder of information about the Atlas products they use and he explained each. This was a major differentiator from the other quotes we received. He helped pick out a color that is similar to my neighbors and went over a couple of financing options they have. Maumee River Roofing provided updates on when they could get the roof scheduled and what to expect before, during and after the project was completed. They even do a final inspection review onsite with the homeowner after the roof is completed. The owner of the company Sam was the one who did the final inspection and provided he the final warranty. This company was top notch through the entire process. Thank you all!

I had this gentleman Johnathan Kissinger-Waller, very respectful young man, come to my door offering a free inspection, and explained to me very clearly of what it entails, I don't need any inspections or repairs done right now but I just wanted to commend Johnathan for his great service.

Maumee River did a wonderful job with my roof and gutter guards. They had a very thorough explanation of everything during the quote and service was fast, efficient and well done.

From beginning to end, everyone at Maumee River Roofing impressed us with their customer service, product knowledge, professionalism on the job site and honesty. We never felt pressured. Greg was very thorough and understood our vision, gave us his opinion on certain aspects that we were inexperienced with and Leah was always an email, text or phone call away to answer my questions. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have new siding placed.

They patched a rubber roof that was in a difficult position at my house just outside Huber Heights. They were able to find the leak and get it patched within a week of the initial quote. The main office is very responsive

What do I know about roofs? Plenty now, thanks to this company (who by the way also does siding, gutters and doors among other things). They couldn't have made the experience more seamless from beginning to end. They were informative, had EXCELLENT communication throughout, worked with our needs, offered upgraded materials with a 50 year warranty for next to nothing in cost, were professional and on-time. When I say on-time...they completed full tear off and install in ONE DAY. Even my neighbor behind me came over and said, "WHOA!! They showed up with an Army and knocked that out!!" The materials they use are top notch in the business and gives me peace of mind for no issues. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied and they warranty & stand behind their workmanship. These guys are a no-brainer... customer for life. Great job to the owner, the crews in the field and the ladies in the office!

Excellent job. Commumications on point. Estimate for the job fit my budget and great work ethics . Complete service oriented. A great fit for our community.

Maumee River Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. Their customer service is excellent. They were in contact with us from start to finish which was very much appreciated. I was also impressed with their clean up process. They truly have a great system and a great crew! Thanks to Sam, Aaron, Greg, Mikayla, Leah and their entire crew. I would highly recommend Maumee River Roofing!

I was cleaning my gutters and when I finished, I decided I was NEVER doing that again. Hence I called Maumee River Roofing. They came right out, measured and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. I wasnt home during the install, and when I got home, I forgot they were they were coming. NO remnants of the job were visible. Great Job!!!!

I can’t say enough about the communication and professionalism of Maumee. They were extremely detailed regarding everything that the project would entail down to the types of nails they would be using and why. They were also extremely organized compared to the other companies I communicated with. I highly recommend Maumee when considering exterior work for your home.

The entire process was very quick and they kept us informed. From the office staff to the installation crew everyone was very helpful and courteous. They were on time and were able to complete our project in the same day. We would definitely recommend Maumee River Roofing to our friends and family!!!! Thanks again to Sam and the entire staff!!!!

Maumee River Roofing has made a generous donation of the roof of this home, helping invest in our community of Fort Wayne. Sam, Megan and John have been huge supporter of what we are doing at Habitat for Humanity of GFW. Thank you!

Chase arrived on time. Everything was explained throughly and made sure we understood all aspects of needed repairs. While services are not necessary at this moment I know when the roof and decking get replaced Maumee Roofing will be the only company we will use. Thank you for going above and beyond and loving our crazy animals.
