I was delighted by the fact that the technicians who were dispatched to my home were so kind and courteous. They made sure not to dirty anything on their way to the problematic area downstairs, and did a fantastic job containing all of the dust created by removing the damaged drywall. I would trust them anytime I need help. I am very appreciative of them getting to me in my emergency situation so quickly, knowing well, that they have appointments for non-emergency services also. Thanks again!

Great company to work with. They work exceptionally well with insurance. Unfortunately have had to use them twice in the last 60 days. If there’s a water related issue/emergency in your home or business, call them!

So happy my plumber shared Water Outs info with us. As they responded rather quickly and took care of EVERYTHING super fast!!! Plus they took care of helping us with speaking directly with our homeowners insurance. Would highly recommend and use should it be necessary.

First time using them was for carpet cleaning a couple days before our open house, Chris and his team went above and beyond to get to us after hours doing an amazing job. We had the unfortunate need for them a second time, months later, during the "arctic freeze" when we lost heat causing multiple leaks from our water supply pipes and hydronic heat. Chris and Chad were awesome kept me informed through the entire process. Great experience highly recommended.

Water Out was amazing. They were very helpful. They did more than we could have asked and helped get cost covered. We had recently bought our house and eight months into living there our pipes burst and sewage filled out crawl space. It was a nightmare. We were terrified of the costs but they worked with us extremely well and with our insurance company. They kept us up to date through the whole process. Best experience I could have imagined. We worked with Chad and he was great!

What a great job the crew did on my air ducts! I highly recommend Water Out. The technician explain the complete process to me. They certainly had quite a job set out for them, with my ductwork being 20+ years old and most likely never cleaned ( at least since I have lived here). I had some water damage to my car. I couldn’t find anyone that was available to get the job done. I was told to contact Water Out. Boy am I glad I did. These people are the most friendly, professional and caring group of people. From the first person I talked to that answered the phone all the way to the guys who do the actual work. The owner Chris came out to meet me when I arrived and he was so friendly and willing to help me. His concern with getting the job done, not focusing on the price. These guys (and gals) have the kind of personality you don’t always find in a business these days. Money is the focus and priority with some businesses, not these guys. They did a wonderful job with my car which helped keep mold from setting up in my car. I would truly without a doubt recommend them. As their ad states “Our customers are Family”.
And that’s exactly how you are treated. Love them!!

Water Out did an amazing job at our house after my son plugged the bathroom sink and let the water run. It was even a holiday, and the guys came out, set the equipment up promptly, and were very nice and professional. They came back each day to check on the progress, and each person that came was very friendly and professional. At the end, they were able to save our bathroom floor and drywall! Water Out emergency restoration... Definitely worth a referral. The water is out, their contractors have already removed the floors. And they're moving equipment in now to dry everything out. If Y'all ever have a water emergency call this company. They have every single contractor you need to deal with a flood on hand within an hour

Nick and Tyler did a great job with cleaning the ducts in our home. Nick was extremely knowledgeable about our heating system and what needed to be done. They were professional, friendly and honest.

They came to clean my dryer vent. WOW!!! I was impressed. They didn't come in the house to move the dryer and start from the bottom which is inconvenient for me.
They assessed where my outside vent was, got their equipment, explained what they were going to do & explained how it works. I stood out there to watch. My vent is about 12 ft high, they used their ladder, and blow all the lent from the bottom to the outlet.
There was a lot of lent. Great job guys!!
I call them again for vent cleaning.

Nick and Ryan came to clean our ducts in a new house build. Explained what the process entailed and got to work . Used corner protectors where they went thru doors like they should. Provided videos of before and after of the ducts and runs. Patched the access holes they had to cut neatly. Company was recommended by our hvac contractor. Would not hesitate to use again.

Nick was very professional and thorough with the work completed. He did an excellent job on the dryer vent cleaning and was very kind. Would highly recommend Water Out for all their services.

Because every time I am serviced by WaterOut I am impressed anew with their courtesy, attention to detail and the job is done thoroughly. Nick literally cleaned the lint off the ceiling!! He could have screwed the cover back on and been on his way but he didn’t! I have my dryer vents cleaned only by WaterOut! In a previous home when there was water damage they were OUTSTANDING in every capacity. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

We were very happy with the service we received from Water Out. We had a slow water leak in the wall behind our water heater. By the time, the water started leaking out under the baseboard, the drywall and insulation were very wet. After our plumber fixed the leak, Water Out came out immediately to give us an estimate and then begin the mitigation process. We were impressed with their professionalism and skill. Chad Baysinger was our Project Manager and he was great to work with.
