Al and Maggie from Live Wire checked all the boxes. They are knowledgeable, detailed, and honest. The quote came in lower than anyone else but there was no compromise in quality. I cannot say enough positive comments about Mister Sparky! I have now used their services multiple times in my home. The scheduling is easy and straightforward and they do an excellent job keeping you updated as to the arrival of the technicians. Their techs are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of your home. The pricing is great and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their service. The owner even stopped by our house while the project was being worked on to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Mister Sparky to anyone in need of an electrician!

Great technician came to my home to fix the issue we had with our septic tank. In the snow and bitter cold, he never complained about doing the work. Very efficient. I will use this company over and over if the need arises.

Had a breaker that tripped in the house for an unknown reason. Called Mr. Sparky and they were able to schedule me for 2 days out. Will came to give me an estimate for some future work. He was very informative and clear about the cost and steps to take for the work. He was friendly and professional and I look forward to having the work done soon.

Had Will come out to do a free quote for everything I had concerns about or upgrades. Chill guy and was very straightforward with everything and what needed to be done or suggestions of his own. Showed how much it would cost to do but no obligations. Very professional company.

Called Mr Sparky for issues with outlets not working in 3 bathrooms and attached patio room. Technician Will arrived promptly on time and examined all issues. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly, especially to my autistic grandson and my curious pets. He gave me all options along with a reasonable quote for repairs. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his answering of all my questions. We set a date for repair and I asked if he could be the tech who would return as I feel very comfortable with him. I will say this has been a very good experience as we all know home repairs can be scary if you don't know who to call. I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky for your electrical needs.

Tech Will returned today's date and ran down the diagnostics for my circuit problems. Again he was friendly,professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me his recommendations without pushing any service. He will be returning to finish the repair, I highly recommend both Will and Mr Sparky for any electrical issues you have.

Will and Rich spent a couple hours tracing down the circuit issue which they found with a faulty outlet which eroded and melted the wiring in the sun room. Then it traveled the wiring and ended up short circuiting an outlet in the garage causing the above outlets to stop working. I give them many props for the time it took to find the issue in the coldest day of this winter (3 degrees). Once found everything was replaced and power restored. Such professional and courteous gentlemen, they had to put up with the cold, yappy anklebiter dogs, and a wild preschooler home for the day because of the cold. I would highly recommend Mr Sparky for any electrical service, professional and reasonably priced. I, in fact, am already scheduling to have some new interior lights installed. Thank you Rich and especially Will for all the experience you brought to my home.

Tech Will returned and installed new kitchen light. It was little bit of a challenge as the first light i bought did not work out to my liking (not bright enough) so upon his return today I had bought 2 new lights, which was a good thing as one was broke in the box. Will, with the patience of a saint , stayed professional and had the second light up in no time. He will be back in a couple months to install a new ceiling fan in a patio room. These are the people you can trust to do it right at.a decent price and timely manner. I will continue to use the. For electrical needs.

I went from a gas range to an induction range not knowing I didn’t have a 220 outlet behind the old range. I called Mr Sparky, Richard and Will came out to work with me to supply a line in for a new 220 outlet. The finished product that they produced was amazing. The customer service was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone who was needing electrical work done. I will be happy to use them for any of my future electrical needs.
