Chris came when promised. He was friendly and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Electric again when we need electrical work done in our home.

Mr. Electric did solve my problem and they were friendly and worked with urgency. My only complaint was that 2 of the 3 people that came out did not wear masks and when asked said they did not believe in their value. I requested that they stay at least 6 feet from me then and they were compliant. I would use them again.

we had them come to our house to put uncabinet light in OUR BRAND NEW CABINETS. also to put in a light fixture, put in a microwave hood and run a new outlet line to a room upstairs. we had to pay in advance for the work and it was schedule for the next Wednesday. they showed up and put the microwave in perfect. on the undercabinet light they drilled the screws straight through the bottom of the cabinet. they did not use the provided washers for spacing. they also said that they could not do the new line because they needed different tools. they said that they would come back on friday to try it again. they would come around noon. at 1:30 i called to see if they were still coming and was told he was finishing up his job and would be on his way. at 4;00 another person called and said he was told to call and talk to me. i told him the situation and that he had to come and fix the holes in the cabinet that day and we just wanted a refund for the line and we would forget about it. he came and repaired the holes but we now have two filled holes in our cabinets that were only 3 weeks old at the time.. they also cut 2 holes in the the new wall we had put in while installing the light. the second Chris that came said they didnt want to give a refund and he would call on Monday to let us know when he could have someone come and try again. i said ok and he was to call on monday. at 400 on monday we had heard nothing so i called him and said just give us a refund. he said he didnt know how and would have to call the office to ask how. when i called the office it was him that picked up. i asked him for the office number so i could get our money back for uncompleted work he told me the office phone rings to him. the office closed at 5 and he had an hour to get the refund done. he did not and by my lunch at work the next day he still hadnt done it. i called him and he said he was still working on it. i had had enough. they had over 300 dollars of our money and were not giving it back. by 330 that day we had it but i have to say the the business there is not well run. WE WERE NEVER CALLED WHEN WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE WE ALWAYS HAD TO CALL THEM. ONCE THEY HAD OUR MONEY THEY DID NOT CARE. AND THE WORK WAS HORRIBLE AND NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS PAID. we ended up with 4 new holes in our new walls and cabinets. RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Mr. Electric was professional, accommodating, and friendly. They did quick and fairly priced work. Communicating the entire time about the work that was needed to be done. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any size electrical project.

I had 2 electrical outlets replaced. I have an older home so the wiring is more complex. Ryan did a great job and was very polite.
I will be using them again if I ever need electric work again. Great job Ryan.

I had estimate and they had given me a schedule of September 21,2022 for installation of sub meter. I had agreed and wanted the payment to be made before the date. I received a text from Bre on September 20,2022 for the payment. As I received text, the very moment I called the office and spoke to Bre to make payment. She informed me that I lost my schedule and was assigned to other customer.
It's very unporfessional that if they wanted one to make payment and the person calls , they inform that they have cancelled the appointment. It's unfortunate

Mr. Electric. Very disappointed😞 very simple job to fix door bell🛎 instead broke the door bell and did not tell me got paid and left. I call the company spoke to the owner he said he would call me back in a few minutes never did. I have called him a frew times he said he promises he would take care of the problem have not done nothing yet. Broken promises no return calls. I will Try to call again. Next week if not I will call the Better Business Bureau on this company? I had to pay someone else to do the job that I paid them to do. I will. Send a updated post next week on Mr. Electric. I only checked a star because they won't let you post it. What out checking? A star again update next week So far, it's a negative star. 0 * no * failure failed negative

Great experience with Mr. Electric. They have some furnace experts and Brian came out when a different company was highly suggesting we replace the current one. Brian took our furnace apart looking through it, explaining what he was looking at and the signs he was looking for to determin if it was necessary to replace or not.
After he was done I learned alot and trusted him and his suggestions based on his wealth of knowledge. Great to have a friendly, affordable, and trustworthy company to work with.

Mr. Electric was very thorough in the inspection damage from a recent severe storm. Our 50 year old home electrical panel was brought back up to code through replacement. Also the exterior wall had damage at the meter, which they solved by cutting out the damage and saving all of our old siding from needing replaced. A one-day job. Last, they did a job completion overview for my education and benefit.

We used Mr. Electric for a safety check and to get quotes on what it would take to get our 110 year old house up to code and safe. Technician was very thorough and gave us a detailed estimate on what work would be needed to meet current codes and what was of immediate safety concerns. We will most likely use this company to complete the work that was recommended.

I realize my house and garage situation was kind of a nightmare but your guys did a fantastic job working around weather and staying to touch to get the job done. Some of the guys that came out were Adam, Seth, and Jose. I didn't catch anyone else's name unfortunately but they were all great in explaining the work and what they had to do. I really appreciate them taking that time to go over things with me cause the garage and breaker box were pretty bad before. Lol

Will definitely be calling y'all again if I need any other work done!

Mr Electric came out to do a new upgrade wiring throughout the home to bring everything to code, moved and installed new outlets, lighting , etc. once completed , we had a few additional changes, they got us right back on the schedule, and were able to complete this to make sure we were 100% satisfied.. Brian and the other electricians were very knowledgeable and did a great job! I would use them in the future!

They came on Tuesday October 31stand told me it would be 910.00. We had no choice and I gave them my cardand they left and said someone else would come by to fix it. They came by and found the problem and it was an easier fix than they thought. Said they were going to issue my a credit but haven't yet after they said it would be taken care of.

They were very polite and knowledgeable! Gave us a call/ text ahead to let us know they were on the way. When they had a cancelation, they even called to see if we wanted to move our appointment up. Staff is very friendly!

Cody was our installer - Chris was the rep. Both were awesome and were very detailed. As someone who runs a business, I appreciate good communication and they provided that - from Bre at the front desk to the guys who met me here. Appreciate you all!

Chris and his apprentice Caleb were absolutely wonderful! Chris had come out in August to give us a quote, but we weren't able to have them start until this month. When coming back out, Chris remembered us and our dogs names! Chris and Caleb went above and beyond to ensure that our laundry list of projects were done quickly and accurately. Chris even helped on a last minute add-on. I think the most reassuring thing was when he showed us our out dated electrical panel and said that we were ok and that it would continue to work for us, but that we should really think about updating it. He then showed us several areas that were no longer up to code. Thank you Chris for looking out for me and my family! I would recommend you to anyone that asks !

This company and employees are very professional and efficient. They were able to fix issues that another company could not, and went above and beyond by fixing new issues that had arisen since the appointment was made. We will definitely call them again, and we highly recommend Mr. Electric for literally any needs you have!

Their skills are great but their advice is invaluable. I asked them for a quote to provide an access port for antenna cables to my second floor ham radio shack. They had to drill through a cinder block exterior wall and a lath and plaster interior wall. Chris probably spent an hour going over my options with me until we reached consensus on the perfect plan. Less than a week later they executed the plan and it turned out beautifully. The access to the outside meets my needs and the exterior execution of the project passes the critical eye test of my XYL. I am totally satisfied and will use Mr. Electric for all my future electrician needs.

I had a circuit that kept tripping, and taking out the power to the lower level of my house. Jose and Adam found the problem right away. Very grateful for their expertise and efficiency. They were also both very friendly, likable gentlemen and great to work with. All for a reasonable price.

Jamie, who did the estimate was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions without rushing us, and we had a lot of questions!! He was polite and friendly. The technician that did our repairs came while I wasn't at home. The work however looked to be done well and they didn't leave any messes behind. I am giving them 4 instead of 5 stars because for a week neither Jamie or the office responded to my phone call to schedule an appointment, and when I told them I left a message a week ago the office staff person just kind of made excuses. Personally I think it was because we decided to have only part of the work done for now, $200 worth instead of the whole qouted $5000. I felt like they were blowing me off a bit because of that. In the end, I don't know for sure what happened to my message, but I did finally get an apology from Jamie, and all in all it looks like they finished the job well. If I had felt they had been more responsive I would have given them 5 stars.

Mr Electric has been simply amazing through my pool installation. Due to weather and other events out of anyone’s control, I had to shift their scheduled services multiple times and they worked hard to be there when I needed them and on time, every time. The electricians are professional and hard workers… I am an active Army retiree after 31 years and I would recommend Mr Electric to anyone needing electrical service.

Also, want to give a huge “shout out” to Jenn and her team…. I almost have her on speed dial and she and her team are always available; incredible customer service!!!
