Brian was a great Electrician! He called early to see if he could come earlier then he was scheduled for. He arrived quickly after calling me and didn't give up until he found the issue of my dead outlets. (Turns out a wire came lose and just killed the power to the outlet, so he replaced the wire and power was restored! He was very professional and talked me through what he was doing! Great Service!

Such professional service all around. You will not be disappointed by this company. The electricians we worked with were Ryan and Adam. We had an odd electrical issue with our light switches and both guys where knowledgeable, had great communication and excellent problem-solving skills. I'd give them both an A+++!!! This is my new go-to electric company.

I have a generac generator that needed to have the installation completed and the generator activated. I called Mr. Electric and they sent Chris Wilson to help us out. Chris was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He got us all set up quickly and efficiently. It is reassuring to have the generator all set up and the green light glowing. He charged a lot less than I expected and did a great job. The Mr. Electric magnet is on the fridge and I'll definitely call them next time we need an electrician!

Was given a quote over the phone of $180 to replace 2 bathroom exhaust fans. If any additional cost we would be informed ahead of time. Guy shows up. Looks at the fans. Disappear to truck for 10-15 min. Returns and says it'll be $1266 it was going to take 2 guys several hours to do this job. Said I was told it would be $180. Said that was actually a diagnosis fee not the price to install. I said it would be a hard pass at that price. Was then told there is a $66 service charge for showing up. Even though he never performed any service. Called 3 other places got free estimate done. $500 was the highest. Got it done for $250....took 1 guy about 90 min to do both fans.

I loved that they were prompt and on time for both of our appointments. After evaluating the issue they were able to come out within a week to fix my issue (ran a new underground power line to a detached garage). The charge to fix my issue was very reasonable, probably the best price I could have found in town. I have already recommended them to other family members and will be calling them in the future for any other electrical needs.

TJ came out on behalf of Mr Electric. He answered every question I had and did the work very quick. Whatever he makes, he deserves a raise

I had 3 ceiling fans installed and old/obsolete wiring removed from a wall.

Ceiling fans look great. The crew cleaned up very nicely, the fans are operational and centered.

The wires were removed with ease.

But I'm most satisfied with the manner in which I was treated by the crew (namely Jeremy) and Chris. Chris was great to work with. He was prompt and upfront.

I know I'm going to change more things in my new home and you'll definitely receive my business again.

I contacted Mr. Electric to replace two bathroom exhaust fans in my house. I had two new fans ready and hoped they could replace them during the visit. A person came after several days, just took a look and said he could not fix anything today. Instead, he quoted the labor cost alone is $652, plus $33 quote fee. How expensive is this! They had never told me about the quote fee when the appointment was scheduled. It wasted my time and money. I had to pay the quote fee without anything fixed. Be careful when you contact them for an appointment of evaluation or quote.

Later I bought new fans and replaced by myself. One new fan was about $20. I was happy I saved much money compared to hiring Mr. Electric.

We had some issues with outlets and outlets not working. There was also a electrical box that completely crumbled on us when we were replacing a light fixture. I gave Mr. Electric a call for some quotes or estimates. They had their guys out within a couple of days of calling and arrived within their estimated time range. Their quotes were fair and they had the job done within an hour. Excellent service with a positive attitude and good pricing.

Wonderful service at what I think was a good price. We had an outlet fry due to ancient wiring in our home. Adam and another gentleman (can't recall his name) were on time and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. Cost us less than we expected too. Definitely recommend and will absolutely call again if we have electrical needs.

We needed to have an outlet replaced, and the business did everything that they said they would and were much faster than expected. They were very clear about the diagnostic fee, and any additional costs associated with the repair.

Our issue started with a garbage disposal that was not working, and we had another company come to fix that. They were able to fix the disposal but the outlet suddenly stopped working, when they were here. They left us in the lurch, and let us know there was nothing they could do to help us. They were prompt in asking us for a review on their service. Needless to say, I'll be going to Mr. Electric from here on out.

They came in put in a new faucet for kitchen.

I had emailed Mr. Electric late at night about doing some work in my house they responded very early the next morning to set up an apointment to estimate the work needed done. After Chris came and gave me what I thought to be a very reasonable price we set up a date to get it worked which was within a few days. When Chris got here to do the job he was extremely professional and very likeable. He told me everything that was needed to be done and had it done in a very timely matter. I would say Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job he did.

I highly recommend Mr. Electric of Fort Wayne to others. I called 2 other electric companies... 1 I'm still waiting on a call back and the other was 3-4 weeks out on appointments. I was furious and up against the wall with options. So I tried Mr. Electric. After receiving an estimate the representative was very supportive with options on how the service could be done. They came out immediately. Their workers were very polite. They were very detail about their work. The job was completed in an unexpected timely manner. My family have not had a problem since. Adam was very good at his job and got our ceiling fan installed quite quickly! We didn’t have previous wiring for a fan so he did it all for a reasonable price and his work is commendable. My SO had to leave the house to pick up a part for the job and Adam was very respectful of our home while nobody was there. Thank you!! I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric for residential needs!

We had a circuit installed for our EV. The work was priced fair, completed in good time, and the work was first rate. At every step Anthony explained what was being done and why. Can easily recommend Mr. Electric.
