I had them come out for a price quote for a electrical problem at our church. Michael came out and was super friendly and seemed to know his stuff. I will definitely call Mr. Sparky again when we're ready to have the work done basically based on how great Michael was.

Will did a great job. He was on time, was pleasant, wore protective clothing on his feet, assessed the situations where we needed help, and guided our decision on how and when to repair. The cost was fair and he finished in a timely manner. I will definitely use him again.

I liked when I called Mr Sparky and told them what my electrical problem they came out the same day and fixed found the problem and fixed it the same day plus I made an appointment to upgrade my breaker box and bring my 65 year old house up to code before they left that Friday afternoon.

They showed up on time to fix two kitchen outlets. The never checked the breaker box . They said it would be 350 to run a diagnostic test and basically left. I will not go with them if they charge 350 just to figure out why I can’t plug my toaster in.

David did a great job in finding and explaining the problem. He was able to get me up and running last week until a more permanent fix could be completed. Earlier this afternoon Richard came out to finish the job and install the permanent fix. Both David and Richard were professional and did outstanding working in addressing my electrical needs. I highly recommend Mister Sparky of Fort Wayne for your electrical needs!

Mister Sparky is reliable and fast. They were responsive right away and online booking made everything seamless. We were in a rush to find an estimate and David was on time for the inspection and had the estimate to us the same day and within a few hours of him being there. Highly recommend!

Not sure why this appointment was necessary. A bit redundant. I explained the services that I needed on the phone but then repeated once Mr. Johnson arrived. The service agreement addresses one item of service but not the other item. So is the estimate accurate ? I cannot answer the remaining questions since the service has not occurred. This was just an appointment to schedule the service. Seems like a waste of time & money.

David was great! Punctual, pleasant, answered questions thoroughly so that I could understand (very important & appreciated)! Easy going, project completed quickly. In the future, will request that David does any future projects.

Overall, I would recommend and use Mr. Sparky again in the future. They installed a new 22KW Generac whole home generator. Uday, Richard and David were all very professional and friendly in all interactions. The only disappointment that I had was the time that it took to subcontract the running/digging of the gas line. But overall I am pleased with the final result.

My technician Kaden (sp) installed my new ceiling fan and also replaced my dimmer switch with a regular light switch. He was professional, very friendly, and answered all of my questions. Work was done quickly and looks perfect. It’s nice to find someone you feel comfortable having in your home and who does quality work. I’ll definitely call Mister Sparky again for any future electrical jobs.

David came out, looked at the issue, provided a writen estimate, and was done in about ten minutes. So far, so good. The work will be done later this month. I'm hoping it is him that does the job.

Both Rich and Dave were excellent. Rich went above and beyond to help me since I was locked out of my house. Thanks to him I got a locksmith who showed up which then made it possible for Dave to come back and assist me later in the day. I appreciate their patience and kindness. Dave explained things in a way I could understand without being condescending. I felt respected. I will be doing more business with them in the future and highly recommend them.

Richard arrived on time and fully prepared to help. After reviewing the old florescent fixture and attempting find a replacement ballast for a single tube fixture it was determined that there were none available. Richard was knowledgeable and offered good suggestions. I would have him do my electrical work the next time I need help.

Had my service mast replaced due to a tree falling on the line and bending the original mast, had a free quote with David J. The pricing he was able to provide was better than the rest of the other companies I’d had quoted; with no pressure from my side of things he then made a phone call to then be able to get the project done NEXT DAY! This was an incredible turn around on timing and the finished work from Richard T. was amazing too.
I didn’t even have to be home for the project. Power was turned off while I was working and was turned back on before I got home. A++
