Call to schedule an appointment. The appointment was scheduled, I confirmed the appointment scheduled. On the day of the appointment there was no call and no show from the company. I would not recommend..
I would like to add I was home all day and my phone was on no call and no show.

They literally called me at 10:15 and told me they had no one to show up for my 10 am appt. I waited 6 weeks and used a vacation day for this. Can't blame covid for these severe messups anymore.

Chris was amazing. Got the job done in less than an hour and fixed everything. I am very grateful. Thank you for helping us

AEY Electrical Service provided us with a very cost efficient plan for all of our electrical needs. Experience and workmanship was top notch and performed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend AEY Electrical.

I had three appointments. 1st one they had to reschedule. 2nd one the appointment was at 2 p.m. i got home at 1:55 p.m. and waited till 4 to call. They said the electrician was there at 1:50 p.m. but didn't wait and left. Then 3rd appointment was today at 9 a.m. no one showed up and can not get ahold of anyone.

Well, I liked the reviews I'd read, so I reached out to this company by phone...and three times in a row, I was hung up on.

I moved here from out of the area, and I have a different area code...I get it, sometimes I don't answer those calls either. So I tried sending a text message to the number, explaining our situation, that we are here in FW and what we were looking for, and per iMessage, it was delivered. But no response...I sent another two days later, also received, and still no reply of any kind.

Your mileage may vary, but this was my experience.

Called this business on 7-28-21 at 1:42 pm., to schedule an appointment to have someone look at some outlets that had a burnt smell. Talked to whatever guy answered the phone, and appointment was set for 8-6-21 a Friday, for between 3:00-5:00 pm., a 10 day wait. Was told they don’t give an exact time, because some appointments may run over. Ok, no problem.
Well then, on the day of my appointment, a woman from the office calls me at 2:57 pm., literally right before my appointment to say the guys were running late, and someone could be here, but it would be way after 5. Not happy but ok. She then asks me, if the appointment was for a quote, I say no. They are supposed to come look at some outlets, and fix them if they could. She then says that she can’t ask her guys to work past 5, the appointment was for 3-5, there was still 2 hours. But that’s not what she said at beginning of conversation.
She then says someone could be here on Monday the 9th, I’m not happy, but ok. Now to wait another 3 days.
This new appointment was set up for 8-9-21 on Monday, for around 2:00 pm- to after, in case they are running late again.
Well Monday the 9th comes around.
Nobody shows up at all, no call no show.
No excuse, they have my name, address, phone number, and email address. Nobody bothered to call, text, or email to say they weren’t coming, or needed to reschedule. We were home all day.
We have been screwed over before with a different business a couple years ago, so now when I make appointments, they are all recorded, outgoing and incoming calls. So there is none of this “I said, they said”.

Chris did a great job wiring our shed for electricity and fixing our lamp post. Knows what he is doing! Would definately recommend you give him a call for your electrical needs.

Chris and team changed out a light fixture for me and some switches, quick and easy. In and out in an hour or two, no fuss, and communicated well before and during the job. Would recommend to anyone!

I will recommend him all day, all year. I just found myself, everlasting electrician. I am so happy with his work I could write a book.

Furnace went out last night, called and made n appointment, Chris showed up right on time and got it running again in no time! I will reccomend AEY to anyone who needs electrical done in the future and I'll definitely call again if I need their help.

They did an absolutely amazing job. Installed 2 ceiling fans and corrected my own shoddy work on a light fixture I tried to install myself.

The price was great and the speed was incredible. I will definitely hire again

Chris and the team stayed with us over the course of a long term, multi stage installation of a new sub panel, and wiring of a gazebo and hot tub. The whole process took about a year due to delays on receiving the hot tub but overall we're happy with the final outcome. Very appreciative of his time as well as making multiple trips when needed.

. He came over here within 20 to 30 minutes but I was close by. He walked me through all of what he was explaining the reasons why. I am recommending him to everybody in my church group and anybody who contacts me.

If you need somebody that’s reliable, sociable, and understands what he’s doing can explain it to you and this is the man you need to talk to.

Great company to work with, prices are reasonable, quality of work is superior and doesn’t make decisions about final outcome of project without consulting you. Very detail oriented. Replaced my main service box, switches in my kitchen and added led lights to my kitchen ceiling. Highly recommend

Not impressed with AEY Electric. First, I could tell my job did not take priority with AEY. They would either come in the morning and leave, or come late at night after another "bigger" job. It took several months to complete a simple new construction project, way longer than I imagined. I would frequently get a text message that they would work on my project tomorrow, and never show up. If you are looking for punctuality, this would not be the place. When they finally finish everything was in working order, but 6 months after they completed the job my fan and security light did NOT work. I contacted the owner, and he said he would be there on Tuesday to fix the problem....but NEVER SHOWED UP! I'm very frustrated with AEY Electric and will be filing a complaint with the BBB if my Fan and security light are not fixed.
