Very happy with my first service. The ladies were kind and worked diligently. They were very respectful of me being home with my baby and worked around us.

I have used The Cleaning Authority in my home bi-weekly for several months now. I am very pleased with the methods they use to clean my home consistently - I can count on them to do a great job, every time! The team is always friendly, and I know I can trust them when I'm not home, too. They provide excellent value at a reasonable price. I will continue using The Cleaning Authority, and I highly recommend their services.

The ladies do a wonderful job. My cats love them! They are so caring and efficient. The house does not smell like chemicals when they are finished. Would highly recommend them to EVERYONE!

Hannah and Isabella did a great job! I asked if they would use my vacuum with beater bar for the cat fur filled rugs and furniture, and they did. So much less furry in here!😁

Our experience with The Cleaning Authority in Fort Wayne was incredibly disappointing. We scheduled a cleaning with them, but a week before the appointment, we opted to cancel because a friend offered to assist us instead. Despite canceling, a cleaner arrived on the scheduled date and requested the door code. I informed her that we had canceled the appointment as we had secured alternative help.

To my surprise, $100 was deducted from my bank account, despite not authorizing such a payment when initially setting up my account with them. Their policy states that if they do not confirm prior to the scheduled cleaning, they will not proceed. However, they arrived anyway, solely leaving a voicemail and never confirming verbally, to secure my $100 deposit.

I essentially paid $100 for a service I did not receive, and to make matters worse, they are refusing to issue a refund. Please beware!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring The Cleaning Authority for a thorough cleaning of my home. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Leah, Eva, and Heather. The team arrived promptly at the scheduled time, fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies. They were organized and efficient, ensuring that every nook and cranny of my home received meticulous attention. The Cleaning Authority is a highly dependable company. They honored their appointment time and provided consistent, high-quality cleaning services. Their competitive pricing makes their services accessible to a wide range of customers.

There are a local operated firm and I’ve spoke to Bonnie on several occasions and had her come over to the house with her cleaning team together them instructions, and everything they have done has been excellent. I have no complaints they dust and dirt out of areas that we just never took care of so my biggest mistake was I use them after my wife passed for several months and then I thought I could handle it myself and I was mistaken, and I realized that this week when they cleaned the House, and I will have them back every two weeks and let them take care of it because I’ve reached the age and mobility that they can just take care of it so much easier than myself so I shout out to their team. Thank you.

This was our first use of this service, or any cleaning service for that matter. We could not be more pleased. We are in our 80s, and the finer points of housekeeping have been slowly deteriorating. We are amazed at what colors the floors and carpets really are. Everything is truly spotless. The crew showed up exactly on time. The ladies were most pleasant, and efficient. Cost was most reasonable, especially for what we got.

This company does an excellent job of cleaning my house.They have a rotation system which allows all areas of the house are cleaned. They send two girls who work together very well. The best residential cleaners that I have had.

The ladies arrived on time, and did a great job with my cleaning. Went above and betong, vacuuming under the cushions of my sofa. And they were quiet and respectful while I worked in my living room.

First appointment with The Cleaning Authority-Ft Wayne. Alisha and Maddy did a wonderful job.
Arrived promptly, after a brief introduction and quick survey of my apartment, they got right to work. My dog, Kasper, and I retired to the patio to enjoy the lovely weather. And it seemed like no time at all, Alisha announced that they were done and on their way out. Could not have wished for a better experience and fantastic outcome.

I am so grateful for this service and the crew that was sent. Harleigh and Chelsea did a GREAT JOB and were very professional, friendly, and didn't make me feel like I had to tiptoe around my home. They were great with my kids and dogs. Did I mention - the HOUSE IS CLEAN! Thank you again!

I paid for 4 man hours. They were only there for an hour and I know they cleaned but there was so much they missed. I tried to email with pictures but they never responded. Mostly I thought they were expensive and I did not get my money's worth plus I had to go in and finish cleaning. I'm posting some side by side before and after photos of things that I just took a wet cloth and wiped. It literally was not heavy work at all.

We have just started using the cleaning authority. Thus far, they have done a great job. Bonnie is great at following up if there is something that we are not satisfied with and our main cleaners are great at following up with us about how they can do better. They are willing to work around our nap schedules and have been amazing at being courteous in our home. The schedule of rotating deep cleans helps us keep track of what is going to be focused on. I cannot recommend them enough and wish we would have done this sooner. I have already recommended them to my MIL and 2 co-workers who have been looking at cleaning services.
