Never got to use this service but based on the continued promise of a call back and never getting it, I don't think I'd ever want to. If you'd like to waste all day texting these people go for it but you'll never get cleaning service or a quote or anything of quality out of them.

Ive been getting my home cleaned for almost two years. I love the professional and quality work they do.
Sandy does an outstanding job everytime she comes. I would highly recommend their services !

Merry Maids do an exceptional job of cleaning. I like to look for areas they miss and they just don't miss.....including dusting my fan 16 feet in the air. They call a day ahead of time, they show up on time, and they do great work!!!

Merry Maids has cleaned my home for several years. The staff does an excellent job, and they are courteous, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend Merry Maids.

Tried scheduling with them just to get a quote. Rescheduled with me twice. First because they couldn’t get in their office. Second time because they forgot. Then they lied to me telling me it was the day before and said nobody answered. My wife was home all day and nobody knocked or left a card like the receptionist said normally happens if nobody answers. Look somewhere else for this service.

Our family has been with Merry Maids for over 20 years and has always received wonderful, caring expert services. MM even provides paid vacation days for their employees. It is important to me that businesses take good care of their employees, paying Social Security and taxes.

I will never use this company again. I paid $85 an hour (extremely overpriceD) for a "deep" clean of my home. The crew of 2 spent 3.5 hours at my house and when I got home to see their finished work I would say it was barely a surface clean. I used a clean white cloth and cleaner on my bathroom counters after they had been there and they came up filthy. Not one picture frame in half of my rooms was clean or dusted. Not even touched. Corners of the bathroom floor were still dirty. Half of my baseboards were not touched. Every place setting on my dining room table had dust on it just as before, which tells me they were not touched. I was told over the phone that all knick knacks would be cleaned in place or taken to the sink to clean. NONE of my decor was touched. Not one step on my stairwell was swept or mopped. I requested a new crew to come out and clean the things mentioned above and two people came out and stayed about a total of 10 additional minutes claiming they had done everything. They hadn't. A complete waste of money. BEWARE they do not do half of what they claim to. Best to use a private cleaning person rather than this scam of a chain.

Love love love my Merry Maids!!!!! I can always tell they go above and beyond to make my whole house sparkle. Even to the little things of folding over the toliet paper and paper towels like the hotels do to let you know they were there. Best decision I've ever made to have them come to my home! Thanks for taking extra care of my home.

Tried calling. Got one ring and then an answering service told me that the call is being monitored and that no one was available. Then hung up on me. NOT USING THEM AT ALL. CALL OTHER PEOPLE IF YOU SEE THIS

I have used Merry Maids for almost 3 years and think they do a fabulous job. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating if I need to change my scheduled cleaning. They go above and beyond in cleaning my home. I have no complaints with this company and would highly recommend using them for your cleaning services.

Merry Maids has been cleaning my home every other week for 5 1/2 years. It is great to come home to a clean home! The maids do a great job, and the office staff is always professional and accomodating if I need to reschedule or add cleanings, etc. When I needed to get my parents' home ready to sell, I had Merry Maids clean the home, as I was busy taking care of other details of settling the estate. I really appreciate the fact that I can call on them for assistance.

I've had my home cleaned by Merry Maids for over 2 years now and they do an absolutely wonderful job. All the maids are professional and thoroughly clean everything, every cleaning and the office staff is very friendly and helpful with any scheduling problems that may occur. My house always looks and smell so clean after Merry Maids has been there and the best part is I don't have to do any of the cleaning anymore! I would highly recommended Merry Maids for any cleaning needs you may have!

Merry Maids staff are friendly and professional. They clean as thoroughly as I do, but are much quicker than I! I feel very comfortable having them in my home. My sensitive nose detects no harsh cleaning products...or any products...after they have finished. I recommend them to everyone I know. This is money well spent....the very best gift I have ever given myself. Am able to focus on other things, all while living in an incredibly clean home. They are a true blessing!

Worst cleaning ever! Supposed to be 2 plus maids and only one was sent … nothing is clean! Worst $400+ I ever spent! Not to mention they make you pay up front!! There’s a RED FLAG!!

The maidpro staff have always been great. They do a good job cleaning and are friendly during the visits. Elizabeth has been cleaning recently and always does a great job.

The ladies did a nice job deep cleaning my parents’ home! It needed it badly and they did well!! Both were very nice and also wore masks, which we appreciated as both parents have underlying conditions. I would certainly recommend MaidPro to friends & neighbors!
