Libby and Lizette did amazing job on my home today!! Not only were they kind and courteous they paid attention to every detail on cleaning!! I would give them a 10 star out of 5 star rating too!! I am so happy that I chose Maid Pro services for our home.

I have had nothing but positive results with Maidpro. All of the team members, that have been to the house, have taken the time to complete the smallest details that in the end will bring the biggest results. Mama always said if the corners are clean, the rest of the house will be spotless. I have never known anyone yet to clean the corners and leave the middle of the floor dirty, which Maidpro does not do. So to wrap this up, Maidpro gets a 5/5 stars for the wonderful job they do taking care of us. Thank you Maidpro.

I had my second cleaning done recently. Both cleanings have been phenomenal.
I work 60hrs a week and wife works full time and finishing up school, we have a daughter and 3 animals that leave the house in a less then stellar condition. MaidPro made the house clean and tidy and now we all can relax. Sara and Maisie did an amazing job. Their attention to detail was perfect. They lined up my daughters plethora of stuffed animals by her bed, cleaned all the nook and crannies that always seem to be missed by me and my wife. I also have those cool carpet lines that says “fresh vacuum.”

12/7/2023. Got our holiday clean today. I could smell the freshness when I walked through the door. We have hardwood floors and the shine was amazing. The bathroom was spotless. Another job well done Mike. Merry Christmas!🎄

I moved in to a new home. The previous owner was not well organized and left it a mess. Lizette, Wesley and Kaitlyne did an amazing job! The place was spotless and smelled great. Well done ladies. 👏 I am looking forward to a monthly service with Maidpro.

Michael and Nicki are the BEST!!! They have a fantastic attitude, are so friendly, and have such amazing attention to detail. They were super sweet with our senior dog too. Will absolutely use them again!

We have been a customer of MaidPro for over a year. All of their personnel have been expertly trained and are courteous/professional. I want to give a special shout out to Kari. She has the perfect combination of friendliness/professionalism. She did a great job and our dogs love her. The quality is always great. I have a very stressful job and MaidPro helps me with my stress level at home. They are always responsive to any concerns and they are punctual. I would recommend MaidPro to any and all.

Nicki and Ian are an absolute pleasure to work with! They are incredibly consistent, communicative and trustworthy!!! Our home continues being beautiful with all their help! We appreciate them so so much!!

I needed a clean in a newly purchased home that really needed some cleaning magic (and on a time crunch) before move-in and Alexandria, Elizabeth, and Nicki did a fantastic job. MaidPro was very helpful in communicating a quote and scope for the project as well.

Amanda is our regular Pro and always does an outstanding job. Always fun and engaging. She's very thorough and pays great attention to detail. We haven't always had good luck with housekeeping services but since we switched to Maid Pro and began working with Amanda, we're extremely satisfied.

Every week I can count on the staff to do their best to clean my house. Kacey and Nicki have been my most recent cleaners and they are very thorough and professional. Ketura, the manager, and Kathryn, the owner, have gone out of their way to insure that the staff is good and that the cleans are up to their very high standards. I highly recommend this service. This past week, Alexandria cleaned for me and did a great job!!

Kareena is an amazing PRO. I have been so happy to have her in my home and she takes such good care of me and my pups. Everything sparkles when she leaves. My dogs love her, which tells me she's a great person! I've been using MaidPro for years now and I'm a loyal customer. Very pleased with them.

We love MaidPro! The cleaning is thorough and Wesley is great with our German shepherd. They make the experience easy from start to finish.

Adding on to this - we were so sad when Wesley moved on to a new job, but Kareena and Mike are just as incredible! They are speedy, patient with our dogs, and always so thoughtful of the fact that I worked from home and may be on calls. I genuinely enjoy having them over!

First time using Maid pro—pleasantly surprised with the results—Kelsey & Nicki are the best! They are so friendly and very thorough. My house has never looked better. I will absolutely have them back.

Bekah is great! As a working mom with two little guys I cannot keep up with the constant mess - thank goodness for her help! I love coming home to the ‘all clean’ scent it’s the best part of my Tuesdays!

Shailey (spelling may be wrong) does an excellent job for me. She is efficient and also personable. Tackles every job with care. I would recommend her to anyone.

I've never used a cleaning service before, but since becoming a busy mom of 3 I thought I'd give it a try! I had MaidPro out today, and they did an awesome job! Michael cleaned our master bathroom that was in desperate need of a clean. Our dirty shower looked SO much better. He did a wonderful job. Kareena worked on the kitchen, our appliances are now sparkling! The house smells great, floors cleaned, and upstairs vacuumed. They worked very hard and I am pleased with the service! Thank you!!!

This clean was sloppily done & over promised. Upon scheduling this was marketed to be a "deep/move out clean". When I returned home, SO much was left undone. I contacted management who told me they don't clean windows or walls - which wasn't told to me prior to scheduling. If that had been expressed, I would have
chose a different cleaning company as I was looking for a true DEEP clean prior to moving out/listing our home.
Things that should have been done (per their 49 point check list) that were not done : dusting blinds/cleaning window sills, mopping/sweeping the floors of the kitchen and bathrooms, one toilet was left dirty on the outside, picture frames not dusted, ceilings and ceiling fans not dusted, counter tops not cleaned, appliances not wiped down, and more. When I contacted management about this, they gave me a $40 discount. I asked for a higher up contact to review my concerns with and was ghosted. I emailed their customer support email I found online only to get a kick back email that it was undeliverable. Called the customer support number that was listed on Google and was sent to a voicemail and never heard back. I'm very disappointed in the service I received, the way this company markets their cleaning service, and their customer support (lack
their of). I wouldn't recommend MaidPro to anyone unless you want to spend hours cleaning yourself before & after they show up.

I have been using Maidpro for awhile and have been satisfied with every visit. Everyone has been Professional, Courteous, and very good at what they do.

Maid Pro is a great company, in my experience. Mike is thorough, friendly, and clearly cares deeply about customer satisfaction. Customer service is easily accessible and great to work with. The employees we have had experience with have done a wonderful job.

Erin B, Nicki M, and Samantha B did such a great job. It was such a great surprise to see our kitchen towels in a cute bow and a few blankets rose shaped! The clean was great! You can really tell they really stick to the checklist and have great attention to detail. I love coming home to a clean and fresh home! I have gone the monthly route with cleanings and it’s been such a big help. Thank you PROs!!!

I have been using MaidPro to clean my office and home for over a year now. Back on June 16th one of the MaidPro employee's hit our employee's vehicle, damaging the rear bumper. Insurance information was exchanged with the MaidPro employee.

We alerted our contact person at MaidPro to make sure they were aware of the situation.

After more than a month with no reply we were finally able to get in touch with the Ft. Wayne owner, Kathryn. Her email reply was that MaidPro employee's carry insurance and are responsible for the damage.

Another several weeks go by with no response from anyone on the MaidPro side. We called the MaidPro insurance company (Direct Auto Insurance) and they said the accident was still under investigation?!

Beginning of August we receive a letter from Direct Auto Insurance denying the claim because they do not cover work vehicles?!!!

I have forwarded the letter to the MaidPro franchise owner Kathryn and the Ft. Wayne manager and have heard nothing back from anyone at MaidPro.

Meanwhile, our employee will most likely have to file a claim with her insurance company and most likely will get a bump in monthly costs due to MaidPro's lack of care/concern over this matter..

If you use MaidPro, keep in mind they DO NO carry Liability insurance. Yes, accidents happen. But take responsibility!
