Very rude in the way of sitting at a stop sign on one rd and chatting while the other truck and trailer is in the middle of the rd making it impossible to back out of our driveway even after we said something to them. Not that hard to show courtesy in others additions they work in, which they do not.

Dan came right out after receiving my call. I said that I would like to get some other estimates but they took so long to get back with me. I said yes to Infinity and they came out the next morning. They did a great job and also commended them on their cleanup which was 110%.

Spoke with Dan on a Wednesday, came out Thursday to look at the tree and then by Friday morning the tree was down and cleaned up. Excellent company and glad I was referred to them.

Highly recommend for tree services, price was unbeatable for the size of tree removed. Estimate and tree removed in the same day. Crew was awesome and safety was their number one priority. Was also impressed with minimal damage to yard considering the ground was wet. They got it done. 👍

Dan was by far one of the easiest contractors to deal with. He came out on a Sunday to give me a quote and Monday. He was there to do the work and had it done within a Few hours He also gave me a lead on some guys for other parts of my house that were damaged by the Tree . The price was very reasonable And I definitely recommend using them.

I usually do not write reviews, I only read them, however, I am so impressed with Infinity outdoor services that I will write a review. They were on time and in contact with me on how the job is going. They took down a huge tree and the stump that was over the pool without making a mess. They cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a price that you can not beat. I will use this company again. If I could rate them higher then 5 stars I would. Thank you again for your services.

Response to my call was almost immediate and Infinity came did the work a few days later. Price was quite reasonable and the young man who did the work was friendly and competent. I was very satisfied with this company. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Had 2 very large Maple trees in yard that needed to come down with stumps and grindings removed. Also had a large oak tree that needed trimmed. Received 4 quotes with Infinty coming in 3rd highest in price. I wanted to work with Infinity based on their good reviews and Dan was able to meet the price I wanted. Had 2 70ft maple trees removed in 2 days. Equipment had broken down prior to coming out and Dan had to improvise so took a little longer. The employees were great and they left me with no clean up. They were not able to finish my oak tree due to broken equipment. Dan asked to call him in a month to finish the oak. Justin (I believe is his name) came out Sunday night and he went above and beyond my expectations. Dan employees are exceptional and I am incredibly pleased with their work. I highly recommend Infinity

A few days after receiving a quote from Dan the crew arrived to prune my silver maple tree. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They did a great job at cleanup. Infinity has good customer service making sure I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend their services.

Had an AMAZING experience with Infinity. They helped us out by trimming up trees alongside our house that should have never been allowed to grow where they are. Didn't have the funds for full removal so they trimmed everything back away from the house and it looks amazing. Quick booking, showed up on time, managed dealing with the power company to get our line out of the way for them to work. Left the woodchips on site for me to use around our property, and did a through job cleaning up all the fallen bits and dust from chipping. Professional team and we will continue to use them as we have the funds for more problem trees and am looking forward to working with them again.

The guys from Infinity Outdoor Services are very professional and efficient. They have the most up to date equipment that enable them to remove trees without heavy equipment on the lawn. One piece of equipment has the capability of reaching 110 feet in the air. Another piece of equipment gathers up the limbs, branches, etc. without dragging debris across the lawn. They removed three very large trees, ground out stumps and cleaned up the mulch and branches in less than 8 hours.

We had Dan and the crew out twice in the last two years. Once to trim our 10 plus trees and recently to remove our large oak tree due to being struck by lightening. Both times they did a wonderful job. Very personable and professional. We also felt the pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend them.

Edit: I'm even more pleased. They came back on a Saturday (May 18th) and finished grinding out both my stumps. I removed a sidewalk going through the yard that was too close to one of my trees and they promised to return once the stump and roots became accessible. Very pleased!

Dan and his crew did an amazing job removing two large maple trees at a very reasonable price in just one day. Infinity is the most professional and efficient tree service we have ever used. Highly recommended!!!

We had a willow sustain catastrophic storm damage - it had to come down. Infinity was great to deal with and the price was very fair. I’d recommend them to everyone needing a tree removal.
