Installation went great. Our job took about 2 hours. We love our curbing. Cane wait to put in fresh plants in the spring. Yes, we highly recommend AE landscape borders.

AE Landscape Borders sent a representative to our home. Brendon arrived right on time! He was very friendly and took all the time we needed to show us their product, explain how it was made and installed! Also showed us videos, pictures of the landscape border colors and designs! He was very helpful! We looked forward to getting our border installed!

So far my experience has been good. No pressure sales simply stating the factual information about their landscaping border professionally. I will give a review on the actual border once the job has been completed.

Justin, our Design Consultant, was very courteous and nice while answering our many questions. He did a great job explaining the process and what we should expect when our landscape borders are installed. Looking forward to our borders getting done this week - weather permitting.

They told me they would come to my home when I was off work, and they came way earlier than expected and then sent a text telling me they were there while I was at work at had my mother sign off for something she didn’t know of what was going on, not to mention physically handicapped. Then they finished the job and took off with some flaws I couldn’t seem to contact them to fix and were very insistent through their texts about final pay or even asking if I was happy with the final result. Overall it looks pretty good. Thanks I will never recommend you to anyone.

The crew showed up on time and cleaned up everything. Only one minor issue, not enough to complain about, but when a border was intersected by a sidewalk the both sides don't align. But if you don't know, you likely won't notice.

The salesperson, Justin, was very professional and knowledgeable, not high pressure. I was already sold on the product due to co-worker's purchase of border through a different company. Scheduled job and work was done in less than a week. Co-Owner Parker was very responsive and took care of an issue I had immediately. I would definitely recommend this company. I can only comment on the salesman,
he was very knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. I highly recommend Zac. However, I am still waiting on them to come to do the landscape border.
I'll gladly give my comments later.
I do wish they had an area at the home office so you could actually see what it looks like before hand. FINGERS CROSSED it will look as great as what I expect. I'll be happy to give my feedback when its finished.

Great install of our curbing. Professional crew showed up and finished in just a few hours. The curbing really makes a difference.

so far so good, they came out and gave me a fair estimate, and scheduled the job. I will see what happens when they do the job. 1 year later, the job is done and looks fantastic. All the neighbors love the look and I have recommended you to several people.

We had edging installed around our flower beds and the finished product was amazing!

The finished project was very good overall. Justin, the sales rep, was great. The crew was great too. They did forget to do a section in my back yard and a section in the front wasn’t symmetrical. Dealing with the owner, Parker, to get my project corrected was terrible. He needs serious lessons in customer service. First he calls me at 6:30 in the evening, right during dinner and family time. He should have texted me first. Of course I didn’t answer because no one answers calls from unknown numbers. Then we scheduled a phone appointment, to discuss my project, and he NEVER called. Who does that!? So I had every right to be frustrated at this point. When we finally did speak on the phone, because I interrupted him ONE time, he said “if you would have let me finish”. I don’t know what he thought gave him the right to speak to me that way. I am a well paying customer and he should have done everything to reassure me that my project would be corrected. Instead he was more concerned about his ego and the fact that I had interrupted him. He also told me the scheduler would call me to set up a day and time that would work for me. That also NEVER happened. I just received a text giving me the date. Then later he lied and said he had given me the date, and I had agreed to it. The borders are great. Just hope your project is done correctly initially so you don’t have to deal with Parker. I hope he treats his employees better than he does the customers.

This company is awesome & the rep was great as well, very experienced and knowledgeable.
Of course, I’m skeptical seeing an ad on the internet and filling out the form, knowing they’re going to call.
I’m so glad I did.
Their product seems to be amazing and very reasonable, which was my biggest surprise, thankfully!
I’m very excited to have my scheduled service done in a few weeks. And, the estimate is good for a year.

My experience with amazing. The first contact was very professional with Charles. He came and gave information and measured area I was thinking of and gave me quote on the spot. I paid him half of money upfront and finished paying when work was complete.

The crew arrived and immediately went into action readying area for work to be done. They were quick and efficient The job was complicated and they took toward working the job immediately I really like their professional manners and work ethic. I would recommend your company to anyone and everyone
