Curtis and the team at Rowan did an entire reconstruction of our landscaping. The design was exactly what we were looking for. He was responsive to our calls. He kept us updated on progress. His team was very professional. We will be using them for our landscaping needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Rowan Landscaping did an excellent job on my landscaping project from my initial conversation with Sandy to Natalie and her awesome design to installation. I have received complements from at least 4 neighbors about how good it looks! The installers were definitely hardworking and knowledgeable and were patient and kind even through my stress and questions. I have now joined Rowan Landscaping for their spring maintenance program to cleanup from winter and do all my mulching. I would call them again in a heartbeat! Thanks to all of you!

This is the second time we have used Rowan Landscape to clean up our yard after the winter. And, as the last time, they were wonderful. The crew is amazing. They are fast, do an excellent job trimming all trees, plants and shrubs, applying mulch and are fantastic at clean up. Not even any debris in the pool which adjoins one planting area. Our yard looks fantastic after they finish. Cannot recommend this company enough. As you can tell by all the positive reviews of this company, you cannot go wrong hiring them.

Rowan Landscaping & Design is a great company from start to finish. We built a home last year and thought we would start with landscaping the front first. Curtis and his wife came to our home and took ideas down on paper. We told them to do whatever they wanted within our budget. The day this company came out to start, we were amazed at how organized and meticulous they were, It was obvious they took pride in what they did at every turn. No one stood around. Everyone worked. We are still in awe of the finished project! It is beyond anything we could have ever hoped for. We are already making plans to ask Rowan Landscape & Design to come next spring for another project. A little back story, originally we were scheduled to have this done around mid June but weather delayed things and from what I gather, Curtis and his company was put behind because of it. After a few emails back and forth and a personal call from Curtis to express his equal frustration, the crew came out and just did a fantastic job.

The team was professional, courteous and left myself and my neighbors in awe of how well the landscaping turned out. And to my surprise, they were even out on the Fourth of July to finish the project! That just shows they take pride in their work and want to keep their customers happy.

My wife and I are very grateful for the work Rowan has done with our landscaping and turning some "dead" areas in to things I can be proud to show.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I am a believer in giving something to grow on. And for Rowan that would be communication with your clients. While each interaction was professional, respectful and courteous, there were some gaps in between asking questions and getting responses. And even one email about an addition to the project that was missed. I fully expect that this is due to them being so busy more than anything else which is a GOOD problem to have, just wanted to pass on a note.

That being said, I have other projects I want to do over the next couple years and Rowan will be the first place I call and who I will recommend to anyone that asks me.

UPDATE: I bumped this to a very deserving 5 stars. I had a couple plants/trees that didn't take and Curtis and his team MORE than stood by the install of the landscaping and even came out and added a few things and replaced bushes I didn't even consider.

They are professional, courteous and respectful of your property and will do EVERYTHING possible to ensure your needs are met. Hands down the best company I have worked with.

UPDATE (8/5): I am dropping this down to 3 stars because the communication needs a LOT of attention on their part. The work of design and install is excellent however and would use them again, but I had to ask for my bill as it never showed up at any of my email addresses (yes, I checked spam and trash, etc) and then got a email (so I know it works) that my payment was 10 days late.

The people of Rowan are nice and professional, but the administrative tasks that are crucial need a lot of attention to get fixed.

UPDATE(8/22): I am bumping this back up to a 4 because every time I come home and see the work they have done it just is amazing to me at how good it looks.

The issues with billing I have no doubt they will work through and get squared away.

Curtis and his crew have been great! I started with Rowan a few years ago when I was disappointed in other lawn mowing and landscape companies. Since the day they took over, they have always done impeccable work and are easy to communicate with. I moved on to having them install landscaping and bed edging with the same great results. Great work!!!

Love the work Rowan has done for me! Always respectful and the workers listen to your request for anything special. They have set up my raised garden beds, made a paver patio, added some landscaping design elements to my yard and done Spring and Fall lawn cleanup!

Communication is not their strong skill set. Several months ago I sent in my down payment. The check was cashed however it took them almost a month for them to “ Find my check” and to put me on the schedule. They never told me what day they were coming, but just showed up one day. I had to ask several times for my remaining balance. The balance I received did not have my deposit subtracted from it. I did not receive a corrected balance until the day the bill was “due”, and that was only because I asked for it a third time. They did an excellent job of edging and mulching. However, as someone who also helps run a business, this was not an excellent customer experience. The poor communication left me with a lack of trust in this company. I will not be using them for any future work.

We Have had the most amazing experience with Rowan Landscape and Design. When we moved in, we used another company to install landscape and had a really bad experience. We were apprehensive to start the process again with , but from day one with Rowan was amazing.

The design process was so helpful, the install was timely, the crew was friendly and professional, and the attention to detail and communication from everyone was unmatched.

Rowan Landscaping has done two French drains for me now, and they’ve been fantastic each time. They always take such care with my home and landscaping to keep things as tidy as possible. They also meticulously clean up and reset things when they are done. And the drains have worked super well and helped keep my lawn dry!

Great Company! This is the second time we have used Rowan Landscape and Design. I could not be happier with the professionalism and work that this company does. Curtis always responded to phone calls and texts, and they let us know before they came out every time. He is honest with the estimates and let's you know what will work and won't. He was spot on with his suggestions. It turned out better than we thought it would. The crew was always friendly and courteous. Always seemed to be in a good mood, which says alot about the company! We cannot wait to see what they design for the front of our yard later this spring!

We recently used Rowan Landscape to install and lay our rock landscaping. Curtis the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful in this process. The crew was on time and very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and we absolutely love our new rock beds.
