Erin, Dane & the Schimmels team are the real deal. Our floors were in ROUGH shape & they exceeded expectations. They ran into some problems with how busted our floors were, but were excellent communicators & came back to finish the job! Satisfied customer!

We recently had our floors re-done and they were trapping in a lot of dirt and mud. We tried scrubbing, moping more often everything we could. We searched online and found Schimmels Floor Care Solutions. After a walk-through and quote we were ready to go. They worked with us on out schedule and were able to come in and get the floors back to new. We are very satisfied and will be using them in the future.

I would highly recommend Schimmels Floor Care. They did a great job for me. Very professional and friendly. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I do not recommend this company. I give them 2 stars for friendliness and professionalism. The Owner has no time to even meet with the clients. Even if there was damage done to the building like kickboards. He relies on his crew of two to do everything for him. I notified him as his client that they did damage and his response to date is I will have dan my operations manager take care of it. He is the one who did the damages in the first place. They could not even get it repaired properly. I had to take care of it myself. If you would like you can call me and I will show you the pics of there job and they where told to replace it and they changed the color on there own. I now have to hire a company to fix it my self. I to this day the owner still has not came and seen the work left behind nor do I want to meet with him now over it. My client will contest to the facts as well. I do not recommend this company.

Gary did an awesome job cleaning two rooms for us. His professionalism was amazing. We had some tough stains and he was able to get them out with no problem. Would totally recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Schimmels Floor Care Solutions was very accommodating when we had to reschedule a couple of times. The men who came to clean our floors were very professional and made sure they discussed any issues as they came up.
Our hard surface floors have not looked this clean in a long time. They didn't slop wax on the walls and molding as other cleaners have done.
We were struggling to find a company to clean our hard surfaces but in the end we found the PERFECT company. We will definitely be calling again!

Schimmels came in and gave us a quote to strip and clean our lobby and a couple of restrooms and add 3 coats of wax. 3 days later after our business closed for the night they showed right on time to start. Gary the tech did an absolutely fantastic job and kept us informed after each step. They work well past midnight and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We will use them again.

Our experience with Steam Team was very positive. We were pleased to be able to schedule our carpet cleaning before the holidays and their communication was very good. Technicians Jason and Eric are knowledgeable, professional and personable. They gave extra effort to clean soiled traffic areas and stains. They also treated for pet odors. After cleaning the living room area rug, the colors are bright again. The price was reasonable and worth it. We highly recommend Steam Team.
