Cole and Kendrick were very polite and professional. They went over the process with me and located all the air vents first and told me the cost before starting to make sure I agreed. Once done, Cole showed me before and after pictures of the ducts to make sure I was satisfied. I also had them clean the dryer vent. I received a nice discount for that since they were already here to clean the furnace vents. Will definitely use them again.

Team of Brandon & Kendrick were so helpful, professional, explaining things& even identified the problem I had outside of needing a vent blown out. They helped me with a simple fix. Outstanding young men

Steam Team came today to clean our air ducts… it likely should have been done a few years ago. Josh answered the phone and he answered all of my questions. We set an appointment that day. The service fee is reasonable, especially when you consider you don’t pay it monthly or even yearly. Every 7-10 years is recommended. Considering my allergies and asthma I can only imagine how much better my lungs will feel. Brandon & Cole were great!!! They really had an efficient system of placing hoses and equipment in an orderly manner and welcomed our questions. When you take a look at the before and after photos… you will know your hard earned money is well spent. They work hard to please the customer. Thank You Steam Team!!!!

The guys rushed through my house as quick as they could. (20 minutes in total including their setup time). Had I not personally moved anything it would not have been moved. I had to ask them to come back in to take care of a basic spot on the carpet. I also had to ask them to shampoo under the couch when the first words out of my mouth were me telling them that I had already moved many pieces of furniture and even vacuumed under the couch. They didn’t get the hint. The sad part…. These were not kids, they were grown men that just don’t understand what they had been hired to do. I will never have this company come out again. Wish I would have gone with Stanley Steemer.

The guys who came to clean my apartment were awesome! Very kind and professional. They were in and out in 15 minutes and my carpet was a completely different color by the time they were done. I cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Office staff were thorough in answering my questions and addressing concerns I had. Scheduling process was easy and convenient. Crew who came out to the house were friendly, greeting me, my children and our dog. They explained their process well and gave great instructions on how to best to get the carpet to dry. Highly recommend. We will be using them again.

Hired to clean carpet after good reviews. Called made appointment as having people coming from out of town.
Day of called to confirm and said they did not have it on schedule but could work me in. Did a rush job. 1/2 hour to do whole house. When dried it looked like stripes on the carpet from clean lines to dirty lines. Will have to pay someone else to come out and redo.
UPDATE. After the owner Josh reached out to me after the initial review he wanted to make it right. Gave them another chance and they did a good job and I was satisfied.

Fantastic company. They came the same week I called them. Actually just a few days after the call. They were very friendly answered all of my questions over the phone before they even came

Called me the day before they were going to be there and the morning that they were on their way. While they were here they were very conscientious of my cats. I was worried that they would get out. They went out of their way to do what I needed done without causing worry about my cats

Also I thought I needed to get my dryer vent cleaned and they could have just went ahead and done it and charged me for it but they were 100% honest and told me that it didn't need done so that saved me $75

They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely efficient and friendly. I would recommend them 100%

Steam Team has cleaned our carpets and air ducts for 10 years now. We were having a moisture issue in our air ducts and they gave me great advice before they had me schedule an appointment with them. They suggested having my A/C unit service first to see if there was an issue. They easily could have just come and cleaned and serviced our issue without finding the root cause first.
Very professional crew and he answered all of my concerns. They take before and after pictures of the vent system so you can see the results. They do a great job with the carpets too!
If you haven’t had your vents cleaned, I highly recommend getting it done.

We ordered duct cleaning and carpet cleaning for a new home purchase.

To start, the customer service from the initial phone call was absolutely on point. They were clear and transparent about how the process was going to go and explained why there was a need for one crew to come out before the other. No question I had went unanswered and was explained clearly.

The duct cleaning crew came out first. The lead was polite and helpful, he explained how the process worked and why they were doing the things they were doing and never seemed bothered by a nerd asking nerd questions. I was provided with a great final walkthrough of the duct cleaning including before and after photos and also pointed out ducting with our system that was not even connected.

Carpet cleaning crew followed shortly after, providing phone calls to update their ETA to the home. They were in and out in a jiffy and gave clear and concise detail on the service and what to expect afterwards. I'm not one to take add-ons or upsells just on a whim, but after explaining the potential need for a deodorizer, we went for it. This crew also took the time to answer any and all questions I had even down to some nerdy "how does this work" ones.

All in all, Steam Team were absolutely fabulous and did an amazing job. From the first phone call to the last tech walking out of the home, they made it a point to create an experience and connection with us! Thank You Steam Team!
