Connor and Derek did a great job cleaning my furniture. I’d had company with large dogs, and my sofas and chairs looked dingy. Now, they are clean and nice again!

The two gentlemen who arrived to my house, gave me a call ahead before they came, which was very great. They did show up within their timeframe that they allotted. They were very professional went over everything with me also offered to clean one of our big area rugs in the home Which they did a great job. I would really suggest this to any person.

The Stanley Steemer team were professional, friendly, and came dressed as two Amish—just kidding! Although they did have the beards. Both individuals took great pride in the company, their job, and in making sure I was happy with what they were doing and when they finished.

In fact, they were so knowledgeable and hard-working that I can see them both running companies soon. They did an outstanding job, and I highly suggest using this company. I also hope Stanley Steemer pays these gentlemen well—because they more than deserve it.

Sean and Michael (Mish) did excellent work on the carpets and were very easy to work and communicate with. Plus there was a discrepancy between the lower price quoted on my original call to Stanley Steemer and the higher price it required once the guys were here and saw the amount of actual carpet there was to be cleaned. Sean did an excellent and professional job of dealing with my expectations and arriving at a resolution fair to his company and acceptable to me. We are very happy with the whole job. I called Monday of Thanksgiving week with absolutely no hope of finding anyone who could fit me in to clean my couch before we hosted Thanksgiving on Thursday. The office gal was incredible…she made magic happen and squeezed me in the following day!! Kyle & Ethan, the technicians, were fantastic too. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning my giant sectional (11ft x 12ft), but they were very friendly and personable too. They did a great job of keeping the floor clean of water, which was a task with their machine, but they did it…overall this was a great experience! Thanks Stanley Steemer!!

Totally AWESOME, I would say AWESOME don't describe how Benji and Cody also Sean and rob these young men has went over and beyond there job they cleaned my furniture and cleaned my vents very thorough job not hitting and missing anything took they're time did the job,supered job the clean up was on the money.
The money was worth every penny.

Aaron was amazing. He asked what I needed and not only did he listen but he was confident with the results he could deliver. His work exceeded my expectations and I’m beyond happy with my experience. My place looks and smells brand new despite all of the accidents my dog had.

We recently moved into a new home and the previous owners had cats so I wanted to get the carpets upstairs cleaned because of all the cat hair. I paid a pretty penny for this carpet cleaning and got the enzyme booster and other add on. It only took the two guys an hour and a half max to clean all of upstairs which I thought was a little fast but later when I went up there the floor was wet but there was still CLUMPS OF CAT HAIR on the carpet. They did ZERO vaccuming before or after the clean and all the seemed to do was went the carpet. There was ZERO difference in before they came and after. Cat hair still lined the bedroom floors. I reached out and sent pictures but never got a costumer service response. I’d advice anyone to go elsewhere for carpet cleaning services.

Both guys were very professional, and got my carpets clean QUICK!!! My house smells like fresh laundry! They definitely had their work cut out for them, and they did an amazing job. I am so happy with the results. 10/10 would recommend 😁

Service guys were fine. What ruined our experience was the customer service when quoting prices. Got our original quote emailed good for 30 days. Called back a few weeks later to schedule and adjust some of the services. They couldn't find original quote even with my customer and invoice number for carpet cleaning though they found the HVAC quote. Even had one lady say maybe it was spam...I didn't even get quotes from any other place bc we've used Stanley in the past and carpet quote was sent with my HVAC quotes which all looked the same w letterhead, itemized. Was given email to send my quote that failed. Had to call again and not even sure why they didn't give me an email that actually worked. They finally got price lowered but was still $21 more than original quote when comparing services. (When they originally tried to requote was about $75 more) Ruined our experience having to argue with the phone customer service. I will be looking elsewhere next time.

Cameron and Alex did an awesome job!! Very professional and knew what they were doing. Very pleasant and understanding. Two great guys right there.

Sean and Cody were absolutely wonderful! They did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. They move the furniture and got underneath the sofa and beds. They put a covering over the door and use the water spiket in the garage instead of the one in the back yard. They were very customer friendly. The next time I get my carpet clean I want them to come back. I recommend these two young men to anyone who want a job well done. Kudos to Sean and Cody.

Noah from Stanley Steemer did an excellent job! He was very informative throughout the process and explained everything clearly. He also took extra care to protect our home, especially being mindful of his footsteps and keeping everything clean. Really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Stanley Steemer today! Rob and Jordan were my technicians, and they did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly, and paid very close attention to detail throughout the whole process. The carpets look noticeably cleaner and brighter — especially in the high-traffic areas. I really appreciated how thorough they were. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality work done right the first time!
