I work at a school and I needed an area rug cleaned quickly. I called Partners in Grime late in the day, and they were out the next morning at 7:30 am. They did a wonderful job. The young man who came out was knowledgeable and very polite. I will definitely be using their services in the future and will recommend them to others.

They came out and cleaned our living room, which had a lot of foot traffic dirt and miscellaneous dog stains and the carpet looks brand new! They offer to use a Rotovac machine and I feel like it gets the carpets a lot cleaner. I would recommend them to anybody and we won’t be using anybody else!

It all looks brand new again! So impressed with their quality of work. I also had a bleached out spot on my carpet, and they were even able to dye that area and it looks great! I've used Steam A Way once and would use them again. The first time they came out they missed a small spot on an arm chair. When I called to let them know they came out as soon as they could to fix it and ended up recleaning the majority of my chair even though they didn't need to. Brian and Josh did the recleaning and they were great. The only reason I'm docking Steam A Way a star is because I had a negative experience with Deb (the receptionist) while telling her about the missed spot on the one chair.
