Conor was on time, very polite and professional. This is the 3rd time we've used this company and they always do a fantastic job.

Each room was about 75% cleaned. There was something that I was disappointed with in each room. For example, areas in the carpet and stairs that weren't vacuumed/steamed at all, furniture that didn't get plastic feet covers to protect them from the wet carpet, recliners that didn't get cleaned on all sides, etc. I was told by the receptionist on the phone (who always sounded annoyed, btw) that they DO clean under the beds, when in fact they only clean about 1ft deep on each side. They didn't put all of my furniture back where it was originally, my window is scratched where they leaned furniture against it (they actually just left it lying against the window). They we polite (I'll give them that), but not professional (just said hello and show us where we need to clean). I paid over $250--I won't be using this company again.

Conor did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. He explained everything well and was very pleasant.

My daughter had a flood emergency in Fort Wayne and I, in San Diego, needed good and prompt help that would be coordinated and paid for over the phone.. They provided that excellent service. A 5-star rating for Keith and crew.

For me, I personally like to deal with locally owned companies if I can. You get that with Steam A Way. Deb had me scheduled in within 3 day's of my initial call. Keith was kind enough to give me a confirmation call the night before the actual cleaning. His two coworkers showed up on time and were respectful and courteous. They handled themselves like gentlemen and true professionals. The price was more than reasonable and left my carpets looking fantastic. Connor did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and kitchen grout. He was eager to make sure we were happy with the job he had done.

Keith the owner answered my call after one ring and sent me two of his finest men for service the very next day. He sent Brian and Jerod and they were on time- they vacuumed my carpets before cleaning them- they lifted couches and dug out toys from under- they left foam and plastic covers under all my furniture. I even added on a last minute couch cushion I wanted cleaned and they added it no problem.

I then wanted my terrible gross white grout cleaned- they cleaned it so it was 100% back to its white brilliance. But then also showed me hundreds of colors to then stain and seal my grout should I want another color. They gave me my time to make a choice and tried several colors on the grout so I could envision it. They even moved my rug, kitchen table and all my pantry items from the floor to ensure they got every square inch of my grout stained and colored

Brian and Jerod were amazing! They showed up on time and were professional and friendly! Not only do we have pets of our own (a dog and cats), but we foster dogs --so,we have a lot of pet traffic on our carpet. They stand by their work, and said if pet odor comes back, they'll take care of it. Cleaning was easy to schedule, and the price can't be beat! My experience with Steam A Way has me converted --No more "Stanley" for this household! Thanks again!
